This Subway definitely stands out among the others in the area for sure. I live in Lakewood, but attend college at LCCC, and I always choose to go to this one. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful, but my experience yesterday was amazing. I walked in, was greeted, and I started ordering. I forget their name, but the person making my sandwich for me was one of the nicest people I’ve met. They held a conversation for me and made my sandwich perfectly. Their nails were immensely pretty, I do remember that. 5/5 Subway for sure.Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot in front of the store

So my daughter ordered subs online, they made one of the subs wrong. I called to let them know, the first lady I spoke with was nice and she said she was sorry and that she was going to make it, told me to keep the other sub, and said she would give me 20% off next order. I DID NOT ask for that just wanted my sub made correctly; so my daughter and I went back up to pick up the correct made sub, I had just had a stroke less than a week prior and it has affected my speech, when I went to pick up remake the lady tonya, with dreads, was absolutely RUDE. she was laughing at me as I was talking because of my stutter, then made a comment to the other lady saying wow he wants to keep the old sub and 20% off, i said no I just wanted me sub remade, then the remade sub was wrong AGAIN so I said when I was in there that it wasn’t supposed to be toasted and said so on receipt then she snapped at me, and looked at other girl and said OMG he wants it made AGAIN, well thank god it’s not me!!!! I walked out so offended almost in tears that this lady not only treated me like that BUT ALSO was laughing at me talking. I will NEVER step foot in that place again and will be pursuing taking this to corporate.!!!!

The ATM machine was down, it was my lunch break and I did not want to try to find another place to have lunch. So I went to my car to use the app. to order my lunch. Why this option was not recommended I don't know. Sandwiches were pretty good. I just wish they would put the cookies in their own bag (all subways do this) they end up tasting like onions or the sauce.
