The staff always hustles, but at the end of the day, it's always me hustling to the bathroom. Again, and again, and again... I always swear it off, then once or twice a year, I end up there in a pinch and am reminded of exactly why I swore it off. I remember when the first Taco Bell opened in our area decades ago. It was soooo...good. The quality, flavors, and textures were closer to restaurant quality as opposed to fast food. Now it just seems like it's the same stomach-twisting slop presented in different shapes. Taco Bell... ¿Por qué me lastimas?Parking: Plan on parking yourself on the toilet... Seriously.

Honestly super disappointed, about two nights ago after my partner worked a 10 hour shift we had to go get take out, firstly they didn’t have change which wasn’t a big deal, but it was about 11pm , we ordered 3 grilled cheese steak burritos, 2 cantina chicken tacos, 2 LARGE brisk dragon teas, and a enchilada burrito, we got three size of my finger no grilled cheese steak burritos, 2 chicken tacos with grilled cheese on them, no enchilada burrito, and two wrong drinks, when I corrected the young lady at the window she gave me one small brisk, left me with the two large incorrect drinks, and walked away from the window. I spent 45.00 and it was terrible!

Had to yell at back staff to get attention. There was other people in lobby also missing items from order. One person gave guy in front of me cup and ignored me while she was on her phone. Saw two employees in hall by bathroom making plans for later instead of helping customers.

Sooo...came to Taco Bell tonight, had to go through drive through because the lobby was closed, no big deal. Sat in line for 15 minutes only yo get to the speaker and be told, "We aren't taking orders any more, we are slammed with door dash and can't do both, sorry!" Really...how is that acceptable?

Just ordered from door dash and the 'manager' said we needed to contact door dash because two of our things had no meat on them as far as I know door dash doesn't come in and cook the food they pick it up closed and deliver it and I refuse to leave the driver a bad review because she was and did her job. Never again will order from this taco bell again and will be calling corporate in am because of their response!

Got 2 of the the 2 dollar burritos and was surprised about how they were - I had gotten them before and this time was not the same.. I'll give them a break before I get them again ..
