This is our favorite steakhouse, the Dallas filet is fantastic. The baked potato and house salad make great side selections. The rolls are hot and the cinnamon butter is addicting. The friendly staff is very attentive. PS Your taste buds will thank you

Sami our waitress was AWSOME .They only had about a 15-minute wait. The food was fresh it was good we didn't have to wait long even though this restaurant was packed. Can't say enough about our waitress she was very pleasant polite great to talk to and very bubbly. Next time we come will definitely love to have her as our waitress again

I travel a ton for work and frequent Texas roadhouses often. Seems to be hit or miss these days, my sirloin was cooked perfectly but it had tendons all through it and was chewy as all heck. Disappointing when you spend $35 on takeout and get back to your hotel and sit down only to only eat a few bites and toss the rest out. The sides and bread were excellent haha.

This place is no texas de Brazil or Hortons but it holds its position. The food is relatively cheap for a restaurant of this variety. The cactus blossoms are nice and crispy. They always cook the steak how you order. If your like me the loud country music is a little twangy. Service is always good tips usually at a 20-25%. It's just a nice reliable steak house.Vegetarian options: Not vegetarian at allDietary restrictions: Not carbby, great for keto.Parking: Usually full but I've never had to wait for a spot to openWheelchair accessibility: A little hard for people who have trouble standing as most of the seats are raised

I ordered the baked salmon for both of us online about 8 at Texas Roadhouse. I got steamed broccoli and green beans. My wife got steamed broccoli and a sweet potato. When I got back and we opened the meals, the sweet potato wasn’t in the order. I tried to call but it was passed 8:30 and the restaurant was closed. I tried to call on Monday at 8 pm and no one would answer the phone. The phone system kept cycling around and around on the same message.This is not the first time we have gotten an online meal with missing items at Texas Roadhouse. Any time you pick up an order, check that it is complete before leaving.

This was our first time at texas roadhouse and i went here with my wife and baby around 5:00ish on 04/02. Hunter was our waiter and the service we got from him was incredible. He was so kind and checked up on us often to make sure everything was okay. We both ordered porterhouse steaks and it was very good. 10/10 would come again!

We asked for a table with chairs as my father inlaw cannot fit in a booth. We were told 30 min wait. Ok cool. We were texted to be seated. Followed hostess to table and it was a booth. I told the hostess, again, that we needed a table with chairs because my father inlaw does not fit in a booth. She said we would have to be placed back on the wait list. Fine. Waited again. Texted to be seated again. I walked up to hostess gave them our name to be seated and asked if it was a table with chairs. She assured me it was. Follow the girl to the table and it's AGAIN a booth. I asked for a manager, voiced my complaint including how staff does not move out of the way for customers to get through after walking through the restraunt 4 times with a baby and a toddler in toe. We then left and took our business elsewhere. The hostesses also appeared to be giggling at the reason we needed a table with chairs vs. Booth when explaining it to each other.Absolutely ridiculous.

The food was amazing and fresh and hot and the service was okay it was really clean when we came and but it is a little loud but it's acceptable but over all it was a great experience thank you Texas RoadhouseParking: It was a little hard to find parking but we found it and went in
We checked in at 7pm and was told it would be up to 2 hours of a wait. No problem. They were busy.So we sat on the benches in the seating area and waited. My wife is very ill and there was another disabled elderly woman waiting as well. It was UNBELIEVABLE that they would not have ANY heat on in the waiting area. It was 30° in the waiting area literally as cold as outside.I asked one of the 6 hostesses there why there was no heat and the response I got was "it should be on". I told them it wasn't and it was never turned on.Once we were seated we complained to the waitress and she said she would let the manager know but we never saw her. We had to order coffee just to warm up which at the very least should've been complimentary for us to warm up, but it wasn't.Another thing I may add, as a business owner, my employees represent my company, so do yours. You had 6 to 8 girls at that check in the whole time doing nothing but talking and laughing.Train your employees better. WE, THE customers, who keep you in business deserve courtesy and HEAT.. especially the elderly and disabled.I'm very disappointed in the atmosphere and business etiquette of this restaurant.
