Went thru the D/T place was dead. No greeting, no eye contact at the window, no receipt, no napkins. I wasn't even asked if I wanted hot sauce or not. Employee had no name tag. Just a horrible lunch on a great day. I know where not to go again.Parking: Plenty, they have no business.

This location DESPERATELY needs help or an overhaul. I’ve been here 4 times over the course of a few months and my order has been completely incorrect/missing items EVERY time. Their food quality is always low and lacking. As a former TB employee I understand how hard it can be working food service but this crew needs some serious help. With how much prices have gone up in the past few years, I just want the food I paid for and I don’t think thats asking too much, especially when it has always been the most expensive items they forget.I felt so awkward asking for my most recent missing item as the whole crew was yelling about the previous shift’s mistakes and also at each other. Even once I received my missing item it was still wrong, but at that point I just wanted to get out of there and have the drive thru cashier stop giving me nasty looks.Make the trip to the Tipp City location, they are a lot faster and nicer and way less likely to mix up your order with someone else’s or forget half of your items.

Their GM at this location is absolutely a beautiful young woman I hope they know what type of person she is she was absolutely 100% customer service with a smile I didn't want a soda for my drink with my box so I wanted a bottle water she said she was out and she if she had one of her own that they sell from her own personal stash and made sure u got what I paid for you are a absolute great GM good personality customer service and very friendly and the friendliness was 100% u ma'am need a raise u are a great asset to their business!!! IM 1 SATISFIED CUSTOMER TONIGHT.... U NEED A RAISE!!!!!

I think the guy who made my food did amazing, especially under the unnecessary amount of pressure he was under. But there's this woman who's not only threatened to report my coworker to door dash (we don't work for door dash) but she yells at her coworkers right in front of the guests. Today I had the most awkward front row seat to this. It's really not okay to yell at your staff. I understand that your prep was behind schedule (specifically chalupas, rice and beans) but there's no reason to yell at your employees. A very young employee clocked in in front of me already crying. If you want to better the quality of life and work for this store, I urge you to let go of the verbally abusive manager.

Be very careful when ordering from this Taco Bell. The main manager there who is a woman is absolutely awful to her employees as well as the customers. This is not the first time that I have experienced this. Screaming and cussing at your employees is not professional and not a comfortable atmosphere I want to be around. Will 100% be calling corporate offices on Monday about it.

I ordered through the app. I got two potatoes and egg burritos added bacon and sausage and a hash brown and a drink. Got back to work with my food and my burritos didn’t have any egg in them nor did they have cheese in them. Also the potatoes that was in my burritos tasted and looked like they was from two days ago. You would think with me being the only customer in the drive thru that they would get my order correct.

Most times it's good here. The $15 a hour kids need some reminders to put napkins in the bag and a fork if you get the potatos. The service this time around was abnormally fast but everything else was lacking a little. Just a tip for you kids double check bags and check the drink machines to make sure it's not out of something.

Always friendly staff here. Usually quick service. They get a little backed up in those early morning/late night (1am and after) sometimes.
