“Staff was very friendly and worked well together to complete my order in a timely fashion even with 4 people ahead of me in line. Sandwiches were made correctly, though a little messy. Bathroom could have been cleaner, but the rest of the restaurant was tidy.“

“This location has the best service of any subway ever been to! This afternoon, since the local university was still closed for food options, I decided to get Subway. Within my online subway order I got myself a cookie and in the notes I said "if you can extra cookies are greatly appreciated!"A few minutes later I walk outside to go to Subway and it is pouring rain and 36°f. But when I got there soaking wet, I was surprised to see a bag full of cookies! That made my day! Thank you, Subway!“

“Hands down, I think DiBella's makes some of the best subs (both hot and cold) in the area. The amount of meat on the small subs is easily more than that on a Subway footlong (and MUCH better)! Management also seems to care about customers. When I recently wrote about an issue with being overcharged, I received a reply within an hour with an offer that MORE than compensated me for the difference. Keep it up!“

“Visiting for the weekend and my friend that lives local insisted I try this place out. I'm from Florida and we don't have a penn station, but we have publix subs, penn station just became my favorite place to eat subs. The Italian sub and bucket of homemade fries are awesome. “I stopped by Witch Wich on a Sunday afternoon while out running errands. I was planning to get it yo go, but I changed my mind when I saw the welcoming environment and semi comfortable seating. I was immediately greeted and asked if I'd ever been there before. I think it was probably obvious that I hadn't because I walked right up to the counter, which is not how it's done. It's pretty cool, actually. You walk over to a table on the right and fill out a bag with your name and order on it. With my dairy allergy, I was advised to write that directly on the bag. That bag became my order ticket and the bag my sandwich was put in! Cool, right? Especially for my dairy allergy! Anyway, I ordered the California Club with water and fries. I was immediately impressed by how quickly the food was done. The fries were served in a cup with foil over it, which kept them super hot. I ate half of them before I even touched my sandwich because they were so good and hot. When I tried my sandwich, I had two problems. 1. They forgot the avacado and 2. The bread was quite crispy, but that might be personal preference. A very kind employee offered to remake the sandwich for me, but of course, I told them that wasn't necessary. They could just give me the avacado, and that worked fine. All in all, I'll probably give back. They had a great allergy menu online and a lot of different kinds of sandwiches. I might ask for the bread to be lightly toasted though.“
