They have new staff. It's a complete 180. Young girl at the window was rude, guess nobody ever taught her how to speak because she acted like she couldn't. I asked for 2 large fries made fresh with my order, got 2 half filled containers and they were cold. This was the last decent place to get food from in the area that wasn't ghetto and ratchet. Never again. So glad I'm moving out of Euclid.

Every night I try to get lunch for my break, I get stuck in the drive thru for more than 10mins of my break before I can order. I just wish if Arby's is going to be open, that I don't have to waste my break in line. I guess I can find some where else to take my break, smh!

Drive through was stalled for about ten minutes we finally went inside to get food getting in and out before drive through some people drove away this was Saturday Nov 19 around 1
The service was slow but very friendly. The new steak sandwich was good!

The bun looked like one of my kids bagged groceries. There was so much honey mustard sauce that it made the sandwich inedible. The curly fries were cold! I don't see myself stopping there again!

I went to Arby's 260th Babbit location on 11/7/2023 around 1100 am. I ordered the Reuben combo with crinkle cut fries, and a strawberry lemonade. The service was decent, food was hot, and seemed fresh however the food made me extremely sick. My stomach began to become upset within a hour of eating it. Then around 2 pm I had to find a restroom because i had diarrhea. I had never felt so sick in my life. My evening ended with me going to the emergency room because i was having constant diarrhea, vomiting, and my mother found me laying on my bathroom floor nearly unconcious. She took me the emergency room to discover that i had food poisoning. I will NEVER eat here again.

waiting time is the same like in a regular restaurant. it’s not a fast food. afrel all, they lost our order, gave us another one, completely different by mistake and blamed us we gave them the wrong name. how td it can be the wrong name if it’s our names.
