Very chill spot. DJ Plan B was awesome playing all the good tunes from old to new. Security and staff mad you feel safe, warm, and appreciative of patronizing their establishment. Will definitely be back to visit soon.

Very disappointed that the happy hour they use to have on Thursday has changed. Use to be our favorite Thursday place to unwind. The last time I went the food was good but greasy and the bartender wasn't that good. She left my order sitting. I had to ask her if it was ready 20 minutes later and it had been sitting on the counter. This was on a Friday.

Awesome dinner. First time going to the Rustic Grill and was skeptical after reading recent reviews…but our dinner from the time we walked in was fantastic. Went with another couple and ate in one of their igloos (which was fun). Since it was Wednesday we had 1/2 price apps- we ordered the Brussels sprouts (which were some of the best I’ve ever had - super crispy), pretzel bites -solid but not home made, Gruyère and spinach dip- fantastic, and tater tot poutine which was also great. Our server was quick with our drinks and was very friendly. The apps all came out at the same time and hot. Entrees came out shortly and everyone really loved them as well. Had the house burger which was cooked perfectly, carbonara, Asian bowl and chicken sandwich. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant and plan on returning.
Last Wednesday Nov 30 we had a gathering of 11 to share a meal at this establishment. There was much confusion at first, and the table we had begun to have introduced to us turned out to be the wrong on. Free drink tickets had to be collected by the staff and we were seated at a table in the back bar. Not a huge problem. The kitchen must not have been able to handle the party .Anyhow it caused some hard feelings Food arrival was very delayed and absolutely cold. Sending food back was not an option as it was getting late and did not think that turning in an order again would make it come any faster. Fried calamari after it has been sitting is gross. My husband's soggy fried fish sandwich affected both sides of the bred. Then the checks came after asking for them a couple times. We paid the ?59.??? bill with great hesitation. We had read about the chef and decided to give it a try. To start, the space is not attractive. But maybe the food would make it up. NOT! My rib eye steak special was mostly gristle and the baked potato was almost raw and cold. The vegetable was inedible. My wife had the stir fry. Not a fan. Loud mouth “golfers” at the bar did not help. The only plus was the nice bartender/server. Maybe we should have ordered bar food.

I didn't want to be petty but I ordered 10 wings & fries. First of all they was little as Hell? & they only gave me nine!! To top it all off One of the barmaids was rude!!

Love the rustic grille. Everyone is helpful and we enjoy our meals. I highly recommend the burgers and the pork chops. They also make fresh, tasty salads.
