“The only acceptable place to take out or eat there , in Euclid. For a Chinese fast food place this one wins the best around. Yes, they raised their prices very much, but if one lives around, nothing else decently in Euclid. Not sure if its true that they do not use GMS, but this is the only respectful and clean eatery in the city of Euclid.“
“The food is delicious. The No. 20 Noodle dish (a Vietnamese dish with a spicy sauce over vermicelli noodles, with chicken, shrimp, red and green peppers and onions), and the NO. 1 soup (Tom Yun gong), a spicy, thin soup with mushrooms, large shrimps, and onion, is great. The employees are wonderful: Jen, Mae, Lily, Mike and Andy, who are visible in the dining room; as well as the employees in the kitchen. Siam is my favorite place to visit - just wish it was in my neighborhood!“
“This was our first time here. We came here for my birthday. Happy birthday to me! We had the pleasure of having Mai as our waitress. She gave us some good recommendations on what to try. She was very attentive in making sure we were ok. She stopped by our table several time to ask if we were ok or if we needed anything. Mai was an excellent waitress. I hope I get her next time we visit.“
“This is a no-nonsense kind of place. The focus is all on the food, served hot (sometimes by the very person that cooked it).Prices are reasonable, and the service is good. I have been eating here for years and have never left hungry or disappointed.“
“Nothing better than cold noodles on a hot day, and Han's Sichuan Cold Noodles deliver. Most American consumers expect spice when ordering Sichuan food, but these noodles have little, instead carrying a deep savory and nutty taste (sesame paste?), with bits of cucumber on top for needed light contrast. Goes great with an ice-cold, sickly sweet canned coffee sold at the counter.“
“The food was DELICIOUS! We ordered the salt and pepper squid, potsticker, spicy wontons, beef chow fun and fries pork chops today for dine in! Omg this food is authentic Cantonese, and I would know be cause I'm half Chinese and spent most of my childhood in San Francisco Chinatown with my grandmother. I took my husband and nephew and we loved every single bite! HUGE portions for your money and I took half my meal home!! Don't think about it, just go!!“
“The food is always amazing and very well priced! Brings me back to China The atmosphere is minimal, a little cold in the winter, and only 1 waitress but the flavor more than makes up for it!I recommend getting 3 dishes from the family style section per 2 people; you'll have leftovers. Rice is included“
“TASTY CHINESE EATS IN CLEVELAND! I don't know what the demographics are of Cleveland, OH but this Asia Plaza, that Li Wah Restaurant is located in, certainly gives a worthy comparison to what we have in Los Angeles, CA. The first thing when we walk into Li Wah, that strikes me, is how friendly the staff is! Everyone is smiling! Even the crabs in the water tanks are!!! I coulda sworn one of them gave me a "tip your cap" gesture as I walked by toward the bathroom! Chinese restaurants in Los Angeles RARELY smile, so this is a BIG plus! The second thing noticed was the scent of Honey Walnut Shrimp in the air! How could you NOT walk into this place with an aroma like that?!? We were visiting Cleveland to watch my son compete in a Volleyball tournament at Cleveland State University and after a long day Da Kid was craving sustenance! Smelling that scent just sucked my son in like a vacuum and made his stomach growl like a lion! Luckily Li Wah was open later in the evening because Chinese dim sum is his jam! Pleasant atmosphere, spacious dining area, AND a whole buncha Asian folk inside confirming the foods' authenticity lol! Alrighty... let's eat! WALNUT SHRIMP with CREAMY SAUCE: HAD to order this just because of that aroma in the air and it did not disappoint! Slight carmelization yet still creamy as well, made for some really tasty shrimps that were plump & juicy. Ample broccoli florets as a border for the dish were perfectly steamed and complemented the dish perfectly. This did not last long. SHANGHAI PORK DUMPLING (their Xiao Long Bao): Comes 5 pieces per order. Not a rival to what we can get in Los Angeles or New York City, but for Cleveland, I am pretty happy with the quality of XLB that we got here. Smaller in size but the wrapper held strong when pulled from bamboo container with chopsticks. Meat inside had some flavor to it and definitely a juicy explosion when you bit into each dumpling. Not bad, Cleveland... not bad at all. SPICY SALT & PEPPER SQUID: Yummy YUMMY!! Big plate of squid pieces perfectly deep fried, that had nice flavor and heat to it. Not gummy at all. I'd order this again! HONG KONG STYLE VANCOUVER CRAB: Big dish of shelled crab pieces battered, flavored, and deep fried. Pretty big serving, probably better to be shared, than eaten solo. VERY GOOD FLAVOR TO IT! Not sure how they can flavor the meat inside the shell but it was. My mom's loved every bite! They provide all the appropriate tools to get the meat fyi ;) PEPPER STEAK HO FUN (their Chow Fun): Another large serving here! This wide noodle dish is has a really good taste to it. The noodles are well prepared, not soft & squishy but more of a chewy gummy texture. Big chunks of steak are cooked just right so it's not chewy at all. Solid stuff. BABY BOK CHOY with GARLIC SAUCE: Had to get some fiber in so we decided on something a lil more unique than what we are use to. The garlic sauce is flavorful but garlic-ness is subtle. The Bok Choy is crisp. Big dish, good for a group of people or 1 vegetarian who wants one dish ;) VERY EASY RECOMMENDATION! A solid option for Chinese dim sum and traditional entrees in Cleveland, OH. Enjoy ;)“
“If you have the time and the craving, do yourself a favor and visit this place! If you’re planning on dining with a group of 4+, call in ahead of time to reserve a table. Limited seating but decent atmosphere. The food is excellent and the drink selection is likewise great.“
“For us the food was outstanding and definitely worth the price. Despite being busy they seated us quickly despite not having a reservation. We found the service to be good and the atmosphere also quite nice.We ordered the whole bass in Szechuan chili sauce, the three cup chicken, cucumber salad and the Xiao Long Bao. All were very good. The whole bass was the star. The soup in the bao was outstanding even compared to some I’ve had in Chinatown in NYC, but in my opinion the wrappers could be thinner. Beautifully folded.Even the tea was spot on. Price was a touch high but not unreasonable considering the location and the quality. I would highly recommend. What a relief to have actual Chinese food on the east side rather than the many Americanized versions from which we’ve all ordered take out.“
“Mostly take out place with free tables. Popular. Had hot and sour soup and won ton. Excellent. Also loved chezuan beef, beef in garlic sauce, very spicy, orange beef. Did not care for either egg roll or Chinese hot dog. They also have fresh sushi but didn't have chance to try. Highlyrecommend not pricy“
“?? excellent food!!! So far it's the best fast food Chinese restaurant that I have found in the last year, since my 2 favorite Chinese takeout restaurants closed..,. The prices are excellent and the amount of food that You are given is awesome because it literally ends up being a little more than 2 meals....“
“We ordered Mongolian Beef and Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice and pork egg rolls. The dinners were very good, but egg rolls weren't great. The egg rolls were undercooked and not crunchy. We will definitely order again, as the dinners were tasty.“
“The food was hot and tasty. Our server could not have been sweeter, she clearly wanted to be there. But even though this place has a giant dining room it's mostly unused. Lots of carry-out orders were picked up while we were there. They use Grubhub too.“
“My family has gone to Hunan East for probably 20 years. Even though we go less often now, the owners still recognize us and are very welcoming. The food on the Chinese menu is consistently excellent, and they have some dishes that are hard to find in the area. Some of our faves are the peapod tofu, chicken with sour vegetable, cumin lamb, garlic eggplant, and chicken buns. They have also been very flexible with vegetarian options and adjusting things for a FODMAP diet for Crohn's. While we miss being able to dine in, I'm glad to see the business remains successful with takeout.Be aware that near holidays they can get extremely busy. We've had good luck calling a little earlier in the day for a big order and letting them know a few hours in advance.“
“I liked the quiet, dim, more formal setting of this place. It's on the lower level of this strip of restaurants in Beachwood with dedicated parking but when it's busy, it can be hard to find a spot. Presentation of the dishes were good and taste of the dishes were great! I got the hot mandarin duck and chicken lettuce wraps and both were excellent. Prices were a bit high but the portions were reasonable so I always appreciate that. Service was quick and they automatically serve you hot tea, which is cute. I would come back again to try other menu items!“
“Very pleasant family restaurant. I have been going to the location on 55th for a few years and I will not get Chinese food anywhere else. Very courteous drivers, as they deliver not Door Dash. If they say 20 minutes that's what you get. I hope they continue for many years.“
“My girlfriend & I opted to dine via take out from Richie Chan's. She has been eating here since she returned to Cleveland two decades ago & raves about it all the time. We decided to order take out for Valentine's Day & it was fast service with generous & delicious portions. They only take cash but it's very inexpensive for the quality & quantity of food you receive. We got wonton soup, shrimp with vegetables & steamed dumplings & it was enough for two meals each for both of us! We also got organic navel oranges, fortune cookies & almond cookies as a gift (I think this may have been part of the Valentine's Day) The food was so good, we ate it before we could take photos but my girlfriend's fortune cookie says it all...wonderful food for a romantic evening. We will continue to return here. Richie Chan is the main cook & his wife, Wai, helps with food prep & takes all the orders & transactions. They are so nice & friendly it feels like your favorite aunt & uncle just invited you over for dinner. Having lived in PRC, I can attest to the genuine taste of their Cantonese, Hunanese, Mongolian & Mandarin dishes. It is also a true bargain for what you will receive.Vegetarian options: Nearly every style of Chinese food has vegetarian options except for Cashew, Cantonese Omelette, Mongolian & General Too dishes but there is plenty to choose out of the remaining entrees, appetizers & selections.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is at street level with wide enough doors to accommodate wheelchairs.“
“Our food is delicious. Ordered Family Style Bean Curd with fried rice. Lots of veggies and tofu. The service was fast (15 minutes) and the price was reasonable. $20 for two orders. The quantity was more than I could eat and should have some left over for tomorrow. The ambiance isn't good (old flooring and seating) but it's great to have a Chinese restaurant for take out in the Glennville!“
“The service was great, they are very welcoming compared to their local competitors (li garden)Atmosphere also seemed better than their competitors. But, I don’t believe the food was better.. the lo mein was better, but the shrimp chips was over cooked and the egg rolls was okay.. nothing major about them.I do enjoy that they have more options for egg rolls.. i may have some bias options because I enjoy the competitor and this was my second time ordering food from China mountain II… but, I would definitely come back.I would love to make a video and judge the 2 places side by side for locals.. but, i dont see the point when its only locals that would care about the video. Lol!Kid-friendliness: Welcoming environment“
“AMEN AND HALLELUJAH!!!!! My husband and I have been searching for good Chinese food, on the East Side, for many years . We found it , but it's not good it is GREAT!!!!! We had our usual which is sweet and sour chicken, pork egg foo young, pork fried rice, and egg rolls. Amazing flavor, not greasy. We will absolutely be ordering again and trying new things. Highly recommend Bo Loong!!!!!“
“Delicious and cheap food with quick, efficient service! Highly recommend the crab rangoon, general tso's, and egg drop soup! There's a nice ambience inside, as there's no loud unnecessary music blasting. You can eat in peace. I will be a regular customer.“
“I've ordered from here a dozen times and they've NEVER missed. Good vegetables, fresh meats, and great flavors. Fast and quick and priced right. I wished I lived closer so I could frequent the place even more often, but alas, I enjoy it thoroughly when I am nearby. Probably the best Chinese takeout in a 30 mile radius.“
“I feel like I can't find a lot of good Chinese restaurants in the greater Cleveland area, but Peking Chinese is actually a really good Chinese place. It's a hole in the wall and the interior is a little dingy, but all the food I've had there has been very good. Some of my family's favorites include the spicy wontons, the szechuan chicken with vegetables and the General Tsos. Even the egg rolls have been pretty good. Decent prices for the portions too. I don't understand how this place doesn't get better reviews.“
“Great food and great value here! We had the Lo mein, crab rangoon, and sweet and sour chicken. The serving sizes are very large. I ate the lo mein again for breakfast and there's still enough for lunch! Food met expectations and tasted fresh.Walk in pickup only, dining area blocked off.“
“Update 3/2: Second time we ordered from here as our first experience was really good. This time however, my husband ordered the pork fried rice and the pork was horribly pungent. It had the worst smell and was extremely sour. The pork fried rice also has very hard fragments in it, the best way to describe it was almost like little pieces of brick? It obviously wasn’t, maybe pieces of bones? But it was throughout the entire rice. Super bummed. Completely inedible.Ordered through door dash, food came quickly and fresh! It was very good!“
“I've lived in the area my whole life and just now decided to try New Wongs. Amazing!!! And I'm picky, lol. Great food and service. The older lady that works the window is super friendly! I highly recommend eating here. The Singapore Mei Fun is my new favorite! Hoping the dining room opens back up soon.“
“Jason and his wife are the absolute best. I can tell whenever Jason cooks because of the taste of the food. You can tell that it’s made with love. Not saying that it isn’t always good but you can tell when Jason add his magic touch. The only thing that I hate is that they are closed on Mondays. The food is always fresh and plentiful. The prices are very reasonable and I always have leftovers from one meal. They no longer have dine-in but that doesn’t stop them from having a spotless restaurant. Although there are so many options on their menu, I normally order the chicken and mushrooms because it is so addictive. They have the best crab Rangoon that I have ever had, and I’ve had tons from different Chinese restaurants. If you haven’t had the pleasure of dining here/ takeout….you are definitely missing out. I seldom write positive reviews but I had to take the time to show Panda some serious love and support. See you guys tomorrow ???“
“We ordered China Mountain I via Ubereats. Prep and delivery was quick. Ham fried rice is delicious. It is well seasoned and contains ample onion, ham, sprouts, and green onions. We also ordered sweet and sour chicken which was tasty and saucy. Batter on the chicken was not overly thick. Crab Rangoon were good. My criticisms: would prefer to get the sweet and sour chicken in separate containers to keep from getting soggy. We will be ordering from China Mountain I again.“
“It was a small restaurant.. I ordered shrimp fried rice small, but it was over flowing in the small to go box. Not a lot of shrimp, but the shrimp was medium-sized. It was very tasty. This is take out only. It is located in a shopping center .“
“I had the Chicken Lomein combination platter with Shrimp Fried Rice and an Egg Roll which was really good. My husband had General Tso's Chicken combination platter with Shrimp Fried Rice which he stated was really good as well. The food was fresh, the shrimp were deveined, and the environment was clean. We also ordered some spring rolls which needed some work b/c they were bite size with not much filling but other than that we would definitely get take out again“
