This location should be closed for so many reasons. It is completely disgusting and filthy, has no management, run by employees who couldn’t care less about working, and they are always out of ingredients.We ordered online and when we got home with the food realized both of our orders were wrong. We went back there hoping to just get the right order (paid over $15 each for two burritos) we were met with the loudest atmosphere workers yelling at each other and screaming to the customers about how they were out of items. I was told that the mobile order worker would remake our burritos when they were done cutting the steak. The person who was supposed to be doing that was walking around aimlessly, flirting with a group of girls there, and doing anything but his job. We waited for 40 minutes for him to cut the steak so we could get our order. We got home an hour and a half with our food after placing the mobile order.The person who remade our food stuffed the burritos so full with rice that they contents were spilling out when we got home. I’m so disgusted by the sheer lack of effort on managements part to run a decent restaurant. Countless people walked in and immediately walked out. I don’t know how the employees stand to work there or how they have anyone return after going there once. I will never visit this location again.

Out of a lot of ingredients, service stunk to high heaven. After taking twenty minutes on one customer the counter person walked out leaving four people in line. Told everyone else that they were done at 12:10 in the afternoon and refused to serve anyone else. One person in front of me we both waited for ten more minutes with employees just walking around. It was like they didn't even have us there. I walked out and will never go back. Too many times this place has done similar. It was just like this a year ago when I used to go once a week. This was the first time I've been back since I stopped going to this branch. I'll never go back!!!

I pay $50 when I visit. The place is done I received all burnt meat my food wrapped in foil lattice thrown on it. Made wrong the meat was so burnt I couldn’t eat it. This was my last time purchasing at this location this is ridiculous. Just close it

This is the worst Chipotle in thee entire World period. They hate their customers and shut down let you wait there 20 minutes and then tell you we only doing online or cash only . No joke I waited as long as I could - Atleast A couple of Years- without writing such a terrible review but it’s the Truth after atleast 2 Or 3 years of this type of service. Their are some good Caring employees more so than not but who ever shuts the place down at odd hours and jus straight let you stand there like a hungry dummy . And then tell ya nope gotta jump through a hoop to get the burrito that is gunna be totally wrong. Close it down . It’s gotta be a loss to the franchise.

One of theeee worst Chipotles in the area. I'd give ZERO stats if I could. February 20th, 2024. I walked in at about 7:45pm. The tall kid with the face covering around the lower part of his face, but not quite covering his mouth, needs to be terminated. He has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I asked for THREE scoops of chicken in my bowl. The bowl I'M PAYING FOR. I'm literally paying for every scoop. This young man takes it upon himself to put two small spoonfuls of chicken in the bowl. Then he took the tip of the serving spoon and put a tiny bit of chicken in it. When I asked for him to please put a full spoonful in, he argued to me that he just did that. I told him he was wrong. And then he continued arguing with me. I've had problems with this kid before. He has no sense of customer service. He statesat you and then talks over you when you're trying to tell him what you want. I abandoned the order and walked out. I take it upon myself now to go way out to the suburbs or.ober on the west side to get a Chipotle meal served with, at the least, halfway decent service. This location is definitely on my "do not pass go" list. I will never again spend my money here. I recommend you find another location. I suggest one located in places I recommended earlier. This location needs to trains it's employees to do better.

My order included double meat and guacamole, and neither of which were provided even though I explicitly paid for those. And I was ignored by the management there and offered “a free drink or chips”. ??
