Was picking up a mobile order at this location. I was given my peach sparked and it had a hair in it that was hanging out the lid. The employee took it saying nothing and handed me a new one but didn’t mix it at all I guess to get back at me for complaining. She must be newer since I rarely get issues at this location.

Accommodated a large order. Dunkin’ team was helpful and pleasant to work with.
Weekend shift needs serious attention from management. This is the third visit in a row on a Saturday afternoon where we’re ran into issues.Ordered a vanilla cinnamon iced coffee, substituting cream for almond milk; received what could only be described as milk and flavoring with a splash of coffee and almond milk. Asked the cashier if it had milk, given its taste and the label showing both milk and almond milk. She said “no, if it says almond milk you’re good” and walked away.The cashier also shorted me my change.Weekday shifts are great. Weekend is horrible.

This was not a good experience at all! Its terrible to leave a bad review, i hate to do this...we ordered a pumpkin spiced iced chai, they gave me coffee and argued with me that it was the drink i ordered, telling me it was "chai tea pumps" ..smh..tried to order hot food, no hot food, ordered a donut, they were microscopic, all while they are trying to figure out what chai tea is or if it is in pumps or an actual drink, we hear the employees saying she doesnt even care she just wants to go home. It was very uncomfortable to have more knowledge and patience of the menu than the employees. Also they forgot the shot of expresso in the coffee at the end, this ordeal took over fifteen minutes. Something is seriously wrong here.

Good service, nice friendly young man behind the counter.Parking: Parking lot had the entrance blocked for construction, which was not there a few days ago,, making it a difficult place to get in and out of. There is one entrance in and out of you make a left in and a left out.
Honestly they should just replace this location with something else bc this is the worst one. The food always tastes like freezer burnt or something and the service is horrible, the workers are so rude. Just now they made me ENTIRE order wrong twice! And she gave me a THREE$ refund.
