Bless their hearts. I ordered ahead online, and the computer said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I show up in about 30 minutes to 7 people waiting in the lobby and only 2 people working. They were trying their best, but they really needed help. I waited probably another 20 minutes before I finally got my food (that were all "hot and ready" items, btw). When I got home, it was not good. Nothing was hot, and the pizza tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. They were really struggling and desperately needed more people working.

Hello Community,
I used Uber Eats for delivery.
The delivery person contacted me prior to this delivery. He informed me they do not have The Cookie Dough Brownie.
Nor the other Brownie on hand.
This Restaurant does not have a live person to answer calls.
Back to this dilemma.
The Pizza was reheated.
Pepperoni dried out from second heat.
I ordered a Mountain Dew Soda.
According to Richard the delivery person they gave him a Pepsi.
Uber Eats Support Staff refused to reimburse me for this purchase of Cookie Dough Brownie. Uber Eats Support asked me to send them a copy of the receipt and the image of the missing item.
How can I send something I never received.
This Support Staff totally dismissed my concerns.

The wait is decent because of the staffing. Friday's food was unacceptable. I say this because the puffs I ordered was not good, maybe over cooked, but the pizza was good. I love this little Caesars but not today.

It’s literally 1340 (1:40 pm) and they didn’t have any $6 pizzas ready. A lady was just now putting pizza into the hot and ready section. And they also never answer their phone!!!

Hot and ready aren't HOT or Ready. Placing order online has significantly longer waiting time than advertised, especially when they give your order to a different customer and you have to wait for it to be recooked.

Ever since I tried Georgio’s pizza, I never came back to this location lol. Every time I buy this pizza it’s either a hit or miss. They have the hot and ready pizza sitting out for a long time but when we purchased them they are too stiff to eat. The BROWNIE pan & wings is good every time tho.

Average. I think the brand itself got popular off the five dollar pizzas, but nothing else is worth mentioning. Wings are little and overpriced. One of the employees actually told me it wasn't worth it. Even with that, some of the leadership at the location is terrible. Their slow to come to the front and the way they talk to each other was disappointing professionally.
