Then the typing up letters naming attnys we didn't even remember the name nor did anyone disclose the name only ones had motive was the person who said we are not a priority not in the law's eyes it doesn't matter about no Escrow they know we were there many times & we were told transitioning yeah zillion times faces change like crazy but get upset because this isn't no luxury living as advertised let's be clear attny can deal with your mickey mouse garbage I want all harrasment calls to be acknowledged I can retain attnys to but these recordings and the multiple lies is what will be bought to lite from police to security to residents someone going to be held accountable once and for all ,!!! I will go broke getting my attny retain ! 5321.02 ohio When Security pulled my husband aside told the truth about the cameras as they should have !!!!! What happens they get fired but the conversation about the so called didn't see the car crashed next day vandalism didn't see that either what's the point of having your under surveillance so it is misleading & it's also known as a Lie sure not thinking the cop will lie or anyone else karma is real !!! Always manages to find it's way back please embrace it you are rude , unethical , lie to get paper trail no I don't trust none of you scammers no further than I can SPIT TELL MR : Freeman that ! ** READ THE UNRECOMMENDED COMMENTS TOO. THEY ARE ACCURATE ** Aka Vista apartments - LOOK ELSEWHERE. Numerous apartments went without A/C this summer. The management personal who was supposedly handling this issue dragged their feet. Our apartment as well as many others were never repaired. Now there's an issue with there being hot water! It's absurd considering how many times the water was shut off to fix problems throughout the summer and recent months - 6 "emergency water" shutoff notifications sent out in October for example. Elevators are ALWAYS out of service. 4 elevators, yet only ONE is working in an apartment complex with 20 floors. HOW? Complaints fall on incompetent ears, or management doesn't care because it's not them living with these Issues. I'll be moving out very soon. Save yourselves the trouble and seek out another place to live. A fresh coat of paint is not going to solve the issues with management or this building THREE water shuts off and counting for the month of December so far.

The elevator is very slow and they don't all work at the same time and some floor smell like doodoo nothing ever work maintenance take forever leasing office people always have an attitude and there is nothing to carry your groceries up to the elevator
Super convenient! They offer grocery items and hot food made to order. It's nice to not have to go far if I need a gallon of milk or just need something to snack on. They are located inside of the apartments but open to the public as well. Highly recommend!
