Pizza dough gummy , imitation mozzarella cheese , vegetables not done raw but pizza was very pretty until the first bite. No more Pizza Hut for me the these restaurants base their business on quantity and not quality, it’s all about the money.

I wish I could give zero stars I ordered original pan crest I don’t know what type of old dry flat pizza they delivered to me but when I called and said this isn’t what I ordered they said the crest falls flat sometimes, I’ve head Pizza Hut most of my life I’ve never heard such a thing. Place needs to be shut down just look at the other reviews im upset I wasted my money here !

I ordered the other day, order was for delivery. I never received my order, they were trying to get ahold of me, yet they didn't ring my doorbell. I for 1 hate text messages. i never answered my texts so they returned the pizza to the store, fine. but yet they haven't returned my money, so apparently it's their practice to steal from their customers.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK I SPENT $157 ON PIZZA THAT TOOK FOREVER AND IT WAS COLD AND GAVE US BREADSTICKS INSTEAD OF PIZZA THEN WHEN I CALLED HAD THE NERVE TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE THEY'RE UNPROFESSIONAL I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA HUT TO NO ONE NOT EVEN IF YOU'RE STARVING

Employees constantly use profanity and the "N" word in front of customers. Very unprofessional. When my pizza was ready, an employee placed it on the counter, turned around and walked away. I stood there for a few minutes not knowing that was my order. He could have atleast told me "here's your order have a nice day" but he didn't. I will never go to this location again. I posted this review because several people told me their experience was similar to mine. If I could give the Euclid Shore Center location zero stars I would.

This entire place is a JOKE! After placing order online and arriving 11 mins after the suggested time we still had to wait an additional 26 mins for th pizza. Just to get a half done, rushed pizza. The workers were all just standing around looking lost. The on young lady was bussing her butt ALONE! All while there was a crying new born in the corner behind the counter??♀️. I LEGIT took ONE bite out the pizza and tossed entire order…. I’m disgusted

They don’t put enough sauce on the wings but the delivery services are always good. The pizza is trash. The Alfredo is mid.
Waiting for communication from the manager or cooperate however both pizzas in my order were not cooked though and the dough wasn’t done
This store is horrible. Unprofessional, rude ,they cancel orders hours before they are even closed
