Walked in and walked out! The establishment was filthy !! Open powder supplements completely exposed and mixing together. Grimey equipment and glass desperately needed wiping down ! The workers seemed sad or upset no one spoke to welcome customers! I went in for a few smoothies and wraps for my family but just knew with the uncleanliness we would possibly end up with the runs or something!! Please do better in the future!

I won’t go there anymore. Always a ridiculous line. The employees aren’t in any type of hurry to get people in and out. Last time I ordered from there, my smoothie was way off and tasted like they put celery in it. Overall, I’d rather drive the extra distance and go to the Willoughby location.

It's hit or miss depending on location and personnel. I've had my juices done perfectly, then I have them not clean juicer and I get a concoction I didn't pay
Never knew making a smoothie was a difficult long process. Came in tried to be patient and never was served. The employees were moving extremely slow trying to figure what a smoothie is and how to make it. After never being waited on and just stared at we walked out.

The employee at the register was beyond rude. Terrible people skills. The drinks are subpar at best, way too expensive. 11 dollars for the kids size and a regular. Never going there again. ?

The workers are nice enough. They don't allow customer in the restroom. I just spent $16 on 2 drinks but I have to go some where else to use the restroom. I had a really sweet drink but they can't give you water. It good having a juice bar close to my house but it makes feel like my money is better spent in a place that cares about their customers.
