Went in got 2 rice bowls paid for extra rice and chicken for both bowls paid 40 something for just 2 bowls so once I get there to pick up my food it did not look like I paid for extra so the little girl had the nerve to walk away with a problem terrible customer service I just say this make my food just like how u would want your made yeah no more coming back again lost a customer!!

10/10 the best to go/munchie food out there. One of the greatest hole in the wall places ever. Chicken Philly with the loaded waffle fries.
The cashier had a bad attitude . My chicken rolls was over cooked and the chicken was dry and had no cheese in it . The wings had a funny taste to them . I paid 8.00 for a small side salad in a lg container . The Philly was extremely salty . Not to mention have to listen to inappropriate music being played . Very

Horrible food. Veggie rolls were all dough with a few red qnd green peppers none of the other ingredients were included. Quesidilla was burnt with no side sauce. It's sad these restaurants have potential but they hire lazy workers who are only counting down the time to leave. No passion, no good customer service just terrible. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Ok so like a few months ago I picked up a Doordash order from this place for a customer and my car smelled so good I had to go back.I seriously can’t type words that do justice to how awesome this food is. I got the steak, chicken, and shrimp bowl on potatoes (it’s an option instead of rice). Service was great, staff was chill and friendly. Portion size was solid for the price. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The potatoes were buttery, the meats had depth to their flavors. They give you a mix of sauces on top and underneath in the meats and veggies that creates this amazing… Cleveland/Philly/city-style? mix of things. You can get a whole different set of full flavors depending on where you take a bite from. Sweet, creamy, tangy, garlic, butter, meaty. There’s zero excess sauce or oil sitting at the bottom, nothing felt greasy or overdone or anything. Like, you almost never see places like this serving hearty, layered food with multiple sauces and seasonings get the portioning and texture right with EVERYTHING. Sub City does.Parking: Small free lot in the back. More than enough space since it’s a take-out place.
