Gal handed me coffee by the lid and dropped it all over my arm and jacket, and just stood there. I actually had to ask her for napkins to clean the hot coffee off my arm. Doenst take much thought of skill to know what to do. But yall want $15/hr.

Went through the drive thru this evening to get my parents dinner. Friendly staff and quick service. When I got home to plate the food, it was still hot and everything was made correctly. My parents enjoyed their dinner.

I had a large order, had to wait 10+ min for cold old food. Manager was less than understanding and sounded irritated I called to complain! I don’t mind waiting for fresh food! Not old cold food! Do better

Some staff treat my DD clients in a disrespectful way, then I have to get UGLY, in their defense. So they will NEVER return on my clock. Maybe you should RETRAIN your staff, on customer service and helping those that are having a hard time....

Horrible restaurant, placed an online order that included 2 milkshakes. Was told they’re milkshake machine was down. Then contacted customer service and was told I couldn’t receive a refund. Seems borderline illegal to refuse a refund for products I paid for but didn’t receive. The employees also have terrible attitudes. Avoid this location if you don’t feel like being stolen from.
This review is for the BK in Beavercreek on Pentagon Blvd near Wal-Mart.I don't know if it's me...but every time I visit this Specific BK there's always an issue. This visit was no different. We pulled up the the drive-thru and the wait wasn't long, but longer than expected since there were no cars in line nor cars in the parking lot for patrons. The employee stated, "Their systems just went down and they don't know when they'll be back up".I completely understand how that goes, but there has to be a better way to communicate this to the customer.We wanted BK, so we drove to the nearest one in Fairborn to satisfy our desires.

Updated Review 1/10/24: Only the Playland is closed, not the dining room. I misread the signs on the doors the first time. But anyways:The older guy who was here, I loved him and he gave me plenty of insight. ? So that was nice (as well as that they took my mobile order, which is interesting as another review here says they didn't). No complaints about the food either; it's Burger King so there's not much to talk about one way or another.

Ordered 10ps nuggets and ghost pepper chicken fries. They didn't give me chicken nuggets but instead gave me 10 mozzarella sticks and the chicken fries were burnt and shriveled up. Previously went during the Spiderman promotion and they didn't have the burger and they said they didn't serve ice cream. Quality has always been a problem here too. Honestly this is one of the worst burger kings around.
