Sandwich and fries were hot and tasty. Service was fast and accurate. Restaurant was clean and inviting. Plenty of parking and easy handicapped access.

Haven't been to BK in yrs, had coupon for two Jr Whoppers, two lg fries and two lg soft drinks for $6.99 and decided to try. Restaurant not busy and we were greeted and order taken promptly. Burger was luke warm and fries had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for some time. Overall the meal was edible and not bad enough to return. May go back and try again someday, but BK is not our #1 fast food preference at this time.

Fast, hot, & fresh food every time! My order has always been correct from here! Plus if you order online on the app they will have it ready by the time you get to the drive-they! In the app on Wednesday you can get a whopper for only $3!!

I understand they are short-staffed, but I came home and told my kids, this BK is not happening anymore.Ordered, sat waiting about 5 minutes to pay, she said it would be about 5 minutes for the Ch’King sandwich and I decided that was okay, I would wait. I was checked out at 2:16… at 2:44 they brought out my food. I shouldn’t have assumed they got it right, but I did, because they had 30 minutes to make sure they had everything. Got home, and my whopper jr was missing.. Also, the only thing that was hot in the bags was the Ch’King sandwich, everything else was just warm.While I was sitting there, at least 5 cars came to the drive thru, were told something (I couldn’t hear), and all left without ordering.This BK seems to be poorly managed and is not going to survive, which is such a shame because it has a nice, basically brand new building.The owner needs to take a hard long look at themselves as well as the management they have put in charge, and have a “come to Jesus moment” before it’s too late to save their store.

Bad service, cold, old food. They took a long time to fill order like over 20 minutes and there were only 2 people in line. When I said something about it they slammed window in my face.

I know everyone is short staffed but I really do not need to hear about it from the person taking the order. In addition I was asked to back up to the door and she would bring out my 2 sandwiches. Back up? Instead I pulled in the lot and just went inside. To my surprise there were only 3 customers already seated and served. I mean why was I asked to back up? The girl at the counter said " We thought you left " No apology. Getting 2 hamburgers shouldn't be this hard.

The dollar frozen icee drinks are good for a hot, summer day. Cashier was so nice to my 5yo granddaughter. She gets five stars for awesome customer service.

I understand the double drive through lane is relatively new. That fact may be something to do with my experience there.The Bacon Double Cheeseburger was fine, but it took an excessive amount of time to get through the "drive through".The staff seemed pleasant, given the line.

Drive thru attendant cursed my wife for pulling forward after she paid. We ordered food and asked for it fresh so I guess they wanted to keep there drive-thru time down. Shift manager drive thru attendant came outside swearing and threatening to call police because I asked for money back. Worst customer service anywhere ever food is rarely correct or fresh anyway won't miss this place recommend taking family anywhere but here.

It was pretty empty we came in the manager was coming in glued about employees and fussing while taking drive up orders we stood there a few mins she was really unprofessional. We ordered our food ate and left won't be back

This is my go to when I've had a rough day and just want a quick and filling meal. I prefer their Impossible Burger meal which has that good grilled flavor Burger King is known for, and of course the fries are always hot and fresh!

They are very , very, Pleasant their customer service is on point...You hardly ever see a restaurant where people are joining together to prepare your food, and they're all Pleasant huh..., and the customer service is awesome, even doing the rush hour ? amazing but this place is, and I have to give them that? the food was cooked well, not overly cook are burnt there fries was hot and delicious... now it may very day by day, but I have been here more then once and there always the same and different people on different shifts, there wonderful.. hey you can past a UPS guy coming into there store delivering mail are picking up lunch, and he will not say hello when greeting him to help open a door for him, but Buger King is always welcoming...Amen for great service we need more people like this Burger King staff ????????
