I've gone multiple times and will probably just go to the one in Beavercreek. The chips are ALWAYS stale or have zero lime salt. They have either forgotten a item for my pickup or got it wrong. Sad because it's the closest one to me but not worth the hassle.

We went to this location last week and waited about three minutes before even being greeted, but anyone. Mind you there was a gentleman that was cutting chicken and looked right us and never said a word. So when we asked. “ Is there anyone here to help us?” A lady came from the right and helped us out, although kind of rude. She then asked me if that was all for me when she clearly seen my husband with me as well. I then asked “Do you offer a military discount?” Her answer was “oh no!” She even got our drinks wrong after we told her we want one fountain drink, and one water. She proceeded to give us 2 water cups then was like “oh you wanted a fountain drink” when I told her 1 was supposed to be a fountain drink. The food was just OK, the restaurant had a few dirty Tables! When this location first opened, theydid offer a military discount!! In a military town, you think this would be offered all the time! Sad… We’ve been in this location a few times and 75% of the people were military, which is sad because you don’t offer a military discount!

Girl at the register didn’t even know how to redeem points in the app.Lemonades were dry at 5:30 on a Saturday. I gave my cup back to the girl and told her I didn’t want a drink. She offered me Minute Maid Lemonade. I laughed. What a shame. Can’t compete with Hot Head when you’re not on your A Game. Especially on a Saturday evening.

Came in at 7, didn’t get my food till 7:30. Very long line, they were out of steak, cheese and basically everything. They did not make people aware of this and just let them stand in line. Food area was very dirty.

They ran out of cheese at only 7 pm and let everyone wait in line for 15 minutes before they told anyone they were out of cheese!

It's 7 oclock and they were out of steak, chips, and sour cream.

Chipotle is always better if you go in and order in my experience. This one is no exception. Wonderful staff and great food. And it always smells so good inside!Vegetarian options: The menu has sofritas which is a soy meat substitute. I have never tried it, so I can't comment on if it is good.

I ordered online, specifing pickup for the Chipotlane (A Drive thru for online customer orders only - I've never had a problem with this method of pickup before) I also waited to show up for the pickup a reasonable amount of time to ensure that the order would actually be ready for me when I got there When I arrived, I waited at least 20 minutes behind a car that was right at the window. There was no service provided to this person waiting the entire time. Eventually the customer got out of their car and started knocking in the window. At this point, I decided to call the establishment since I was stuck in the Chipotlane, to see what was going on. The employee said they were having a problem with their quesadilla machine. Now I've seen this done at other establishments like Chic-Fil-A, but the business should have asked the person waiting for so long to go and park and they'd bring their food to them when ready, or have the customer park and go inside and wait, or have them go back around and get back in line since their food wasn't ready. Multiple customers including myself, got stuck waiting in the Chipotlane for their food to get very cold because the business let this person sit at their window for 15+ minutes. There were a lot of ways to solve this problem, yet the business did nothing. Highly Recommend that when a customer's order isn't ready, and they're just waiting and holding up other customers who have completed orders waiting, to ask them kindly to get back in line, go park in the parking lot and wait, or park and come inside and wait. For the business: Tell a customer to go and wait somewhere else if their food isn't ready. The Chipotlane is supposed to be about speed and convenience. For the customers: If you've ordered to pickup at a Chipotlane, don't arrive until you know for sure that your order is ready. (Check your App!)

Catering to go. Everyone loved it. They were just finishing the order, so we knew it would be good.

This would have been 5 stars, but tonight really bothered me. Usually this place is great about portions, people are generally kind, and it's very clean. Tonight did not meet that. It was clean, but the staff... well, one in particular, got me to leave. I was sitting in line, and the poor guy working the beginning of the line, really looked defeated. I assume he was a trainee. I get it though, learning something new, it's busy, it's easy to look down. After a few minutes I understood why he looked so defeated. The guy training him seemed off. He kept stepping over him, giving frustrated glances, etc. After a while though, the guy just swung open the thing you all heat the tortillas with, yanked out the tortilla, and yelled at the guy "What are you even doing?!" and tossed over the tortilla and just took over what he was doing. I can deal with shortages, long lines, waits, even people that are just not in a great mood. That being said, I'm not going to spend money in a location that has staff berating other staff. As a business owner myself, if a member of my staff treated another like that, they would immediately be in the unemployment line. I feel terrible for the employee.
