The onion rings were burnt beyond even being edible. The patties on the burger were burnt beyond being edible. Ordered no mayo, no onions. Came with both on the burger. Didn't bother returning the food. Just wont ever go back. I recently moved here from Phoenix and will prob have to go back there to get good burgers and onion rings from DQ. I'm really hoping they were just having an off day.

$2.69 for a single, small vanilla soft serve cone!!!!! I thought, “this can’t be right”! Maybe it is going to be a super big cone. Nope. Nothing special and it was very small. I won’t be back. Even McDonald’s cones are less than half that and that’s not even their ‘specialty’. Very disappointing ☹️

This is the third time I've been there, and my blizzard isn't mixed properly. I just got home, was nibbling on my blizzard at Red lights and couldn't even tell there was any mint in my mint chocolate brownie shake. Highly disappointed. Dq don't give enough mint, McDonald's gives too much. ? Can't win for losing.

Multiple issues with this location most recent of which was placing an order online only to arrive and be told that their fryers were down and that they couldn't refund me for what I ordered and insisted that I just get something different. I ended up with nothing and after trying to get a refund I have yet to receive any further word from them about my money.

I ordered two mini Oreo blizzards in the drive through. The first one had some Oreo but not really and the other was just vanilla ice cream with maybe a couple flecks. I have photos. The manager said that is just how the machine makes the mini and that you don’t get Oreo with that size. I have gotten Oreo blizzards before in the mini and they always have more Oreo. Go to Beavercreek when you can, much better location and service.
