Hello, I am a regular customer at this store! Usually everything is wonderful when I come in! But today I came in and there was this lady behind the counter wearing a white tank top with her bra hanging out, her clothes was also very dirty. As I’ve said I love this store and the way it ran,but today was the worst I have seen it in a long time! She was not professional at all, she was touching the cupcakes with out gloves . It seems like it has went down in the last 6 months or so. The lady in the white tank top was very rude as well. I would love to keep coming to this business but the way I was treated today was just not professional by any means!This NEEDS fixed! Before you lose more than just me as a customer!

Stopped in today to get a cupcake for myself and one for my son whose birthday is in a couple of days . They have a cupcake I hadn’t seen before in the shop , cotton candy ! I chose this one for myself and ? wow !! It was even better than I expected! It hit the nail on the head for tasting like the cotton candy taste I was hoping for . The icing was rich and absolutely cotton candy flavored , and the cake was soft and moist perfection ! Thank you to the sweet girl Devin for talking me into this cupcake over my regular one . She was right and I am so glad I chose this cupcake ! This place is SO good . If you haven’t been ,RUN don’t walk and get the best cupcake you’ve ever had .

It's been a few years (before COVID-19) since I'd been to Gigi's Cupcakes, but my birthday was coming in a couple days, so I decided to stop by. Apparently the FREE birthday cupcake reward no longer exists, but that didn't deter me from trying some of their new flavors and sharing with coworkers! Delicious as always, and very rich! ?

I had the pleasure of stumbling upon Gigi's when I ordered food from next door. I came in and asked questions and she was more than happy to help. I got a few of my favorite flavors: lemon, red velvet and strawberry, but I also wanted to try the strawberry crunch. I was apprehensive that it would be too sweet because I don't really eat a lot of sugar. It was spectacular! If you are in the area and want a good cupcake option, try them out! They also have a rewards program that's good for any sweet tooth, but maybe not so much for your waistline. Lastly, they give a 10% discount, which also doesn't help your waistline. But it's nice to be appreciated where you spend your money!

I don't understand how this place is only rated at 4.2 stars! I'd give them 10 stars. The cupcakes are literally the best I've ever had. All of them. On top of that, after never having had a bad experience here, I went the other day (a little bit after they were trying to close) with my daughter, and the girl working opened the door and sold me cupcakes after close. Amazing customer service and amazing cupcakes.
Great quality and beautiful cupcakes with entirely too much thick/dense icing. I don’t think a single person at the party finished an entire cupcake, children included. Will definitely come back and try a cupcake without the playdough topping :p

Yum! Their gluten free cupcakes are delightful. At least 3 GF options, which is great, and a ton more for regular cupcake seekers. The cupcakes are so pretty I almost don’t want to eat them.

Got a few cupcakes for my son on his birthday. Used to have a tradition of getting cakes from Renaldo's but he has long been out of business. These are really good cupcakes with great presentation. Cute store front in a small strip center near a university. Definitely recommend for sweet treats or just because!
