I've never had a bad burrito bowl from Fairborn or Springboro location. Food is fresh, and they give good portions.

I go to hot head a lot, and this particular experience was weird and the employees were somewhat rude. I ordered online through the app and when they asked if I was picking up they told me they were offline. and I was confused as I ordered and was charged. so I go to order normally as if I had just walked in normal and she asked me if I could call doordash, which obviously meant there was some confusion. I explained I ordered online not doordash and that I had already been charged. she then started making my food and when I said I wanted double steak she stopped and looked at me like it was the biggest inconvenience in her life because she was cooking some more. I said it wasn’t a big deal, there was enough in the pan for my bowl so why she acted that way i’m unsure. I work at a restaurant and I never in my life would act like something is an inconvenience to me when it’s my job, and if you feel that way you never show it in front of a guest. the other employee was quiet and soft spoken but all in all was rude as well

The restaurant was clean. My pickup order wasn't ready upon arrival. Food didn't seem to be warm when I got home in just a short drive. One person was working until I was about to leave with my order. The amount of cheese they weigh out is sad. It is a very small portion.

I used to really love this HHB. But it has gone downhill. They gave me a sparse amount of black beans. I have a bowl full of rice. The guacamole used to be authentic tasting. Now it is a fake lime like paste, cant even taste avocado…. See picture… The corn salsa used to have red onion and seasoning in it… now it i like they just gave me some corn out of a can. Going to go back to chipotle.

If I could give zeros I would have rated lower. My husband and I visited the one in Fairborn near Kroger. We parked and the manager was smoking outside. Went inside, one employee working, but ignored us. Manager walked in, employee asked us what we wanted and everything we asked for we got same response...sorry we are out and will have to wait. Manager screaming and cussing at employee why nothing was made while not doing anything. We left and I am pretty sure neither one of them even had a clue we had left with all the arguing. This is a absolutely never return restaurant to me.

Will not be eating at any Hot Head's any more. They have gotten to the point that they are weighing both your meat and cheese, if it is one tiny square of chicken over on the scale they will pick it right out of your bowl. This goes for the cheese as well. The cost for what you get is definitely not worth it, pay more and get less SMH.

I love me some hot head, I will only go to certain ones though. This is definitely one of them, staff are always so sweet. They are fast, and if you might have to wait it's definitely worth it. Never had a problem with any of them. Definitely keeps me coming back for more.

Beyond disappointed at hot head anymore. They nickel and dime you for everything you want now. My simple bowl now turns into 16$ from 10$? A pinch of cheese? One line of sauce? What happened to this place. Will bring to chipotle across the street from now on always until hot head decides to stop trying to rob its community.
