Do not order delivery or takeout from this location! I’ve tried giving them so many chances because they’re much closer to me than the other location, but my burrito is wrong literally every single time I order. It’s always missing 2-3 things or has completely wrong ingredients. The food is okay if you go in and actually have them make the burrito in front of you, aside from whatever they’re surely out of at the time. The staff isn’t very friendly here, though. I definitely am done with this location until they get a better staff/manager in here.

It was our first time coming here. This place is great! Fast friendly service. We got the jalapeño ranch burritos which are zesty with a little bit of heat. They also offer paleo and keto options. Will be back for a protein bowl for sure.

We ordered To-Go right before closing. Chicken was not as fresh tasting for that reason only. The grilled peppers and onions, however, were freshly made before my eyes because they were out and were very delicious! This was my first time trying a “Hot Head Burritos” in Ohio. It was good for the late night order and the customer service was fantastic!

Went in to get some food before class, and I ordered a sweet habinero bowl. My boyfriend ordered a burrito. She paid more attention to my bf and didn't even ask me what I wanted on my bowl. She just started putting stuff on there. I had to stop her and ask for more things, to which she huffed. She was extremely rude. I was going to get a drink and chips. Maybe even a cookie but no all I wanted to do was leave. I was making her day horrible. Never again.

Tonight we went to Hot Head and the service was amazing! Didn't get the managers name or the ladies working with him but top notch! Will for sure make this my Hot Head stop as much as possible!

Went back 7/8/23 no wait no one inside eating. Fast service the workers were polite & made our order correct. For today's visit, I would go back again.
Restroom was disgusting with no toilet paper. Chicken was over cooked and dry. Very disappointed.

If you hate protein but love starch, this is your place. When my company bought us HH, I got a big tortilla stuffed full of rice, lightly flavored with meat shreds. When I went in and tried ordering a just-chicken burrito with no rice, the dude laid down a tiny smear of chicken and immediately asked if I wanted double meat for an extra $3+. No thanks. Literally every random Mexican dive I've ever visited in Ohio made a better, meatier chicken burrito than this place.

Usually good food here, today not so good. I guess they were almost out of chicken so the scoops were not full even though asked for double. The chicken was old and leather like. I believe this is the first negative review I have shared for anywhere.
