I wasn't too thrilled with this place. The chicken was hot. But, the thighs and legs were lacking any meat. They were also very fatty. I was hungry but very disappointed in my meal. Maybe, just me.

Every year or two KFC releases a gimmick food, and I foolishly return to the Fairborn KFC to buy it. It is a guarantee they will be dead with no customers, but you will have to pull around and wait for your order. And you can bet money they will mess your order up in very creative ways. If you order a sandwich, it won't have one bun side; fried chicken missing the skin. Don't worry, they will figure out how to make you remember this place is the worst. You're the idiot for returning again.

Went to this location a total of 6 times since moving to fairborn back in 2020. Everytime I have had this place the chicken was either undercooked or I didn't receive my full order.When I used to Doordash on the side this establishment would not have the orders ready even knowing the order said its been active for 20+ minutes.

After being told to pull forward for them making fresh tenders for my #7 which is a 5 tender box I waited almost 15 minutes to get a box with 2 tenders and the wrong sides. I feel for over 12$ that quality control could be a little better considering how long of a wait I had with no other customers in sight. Would give 0 stars if a option.

I was so disappointed in this location. I went there and wanted a pot pie. They told me they were completely out and had none at all that they could make. I pulled off and called my husband. He said they he actually already ordered it for me on the app online and it said they had them. So I waited the 10 more minutes then went to pick up my order. When I got there they said again that they didn't have any pot pies. I thought it was suspicious because usually on the app if they are out of stock on an item they will tell you and not allow you to order it. This time it did notdo that so i assumed everything was fine. When I tried to pick it up they said again they were out of stock and had absolutely none at all. They then said that they also cannot give me my money back if I paid online. He told me I had to use the app to get my money back and I told him there was not an option for that. He then took a deep breath and said ok well ill make you your two pot pies but you will have to wait about 40 minutes for them. I was taken aback because they told me twice that they were completely out and couldn't make any because they had none. Now that they realized I already paid and they couldn't refund me tyerefore they had to make them. So two different employees at this location lied to me twice about not having any pot pies just because they just didn't want to throw them in the oven? They were not closing anytime soon or anything like that either. There was still about 90 minutes before they were supposed to close. I then had to wait another 40 minutes. If they just would have thrown them in the oven the first time I ordered it then they would have saved about 30 minutes. After it all was said and done I finally got the pot pies but had to wait almost an hour and a half. I just wonder how many other people they flat out lied to just because they didn't want to throw something in the oven. Very disappointing

Normally I don't write bad reviews, because I've worked in food service and I understand that everyone has bad days.But, yesterday I went through the drive thru to order (there was only one person in line infront of me, they eventually parked and shut their car off as I waited in line) and I was asked to wait before they took my order.. no biggie.I waited 10 minutes before they came back to the speaker and allowed me to even order.I ordered $30 worth of food for my family and I.I go to pay and was given my drinks, then I was asked to pull up and park because there was a few minute wait. Again, no biggie.I ended up waiting 37 minutes (the ice in the teas were completed melted at this point) and in that time I watched them clear 2 full lines of cars. I waited on the last car from the drive-thru to leave, then I pulled back around to ask if my food was ready yet. I got an attitude from the worker, they made my order but had forgotten about it. Everything was cold and skimpy. I called to speak to the manager simply asking if I could have the same meal but a fresh, hot version. I didn't even eat it yesterday because it was legitimately cold, not hot, or even warm. She said I can come back in any time with my receipt to redeem the replacement meal.I go in today, different employees but same attitude as the day before and I was told I'm not allowed to get a replacement meal without bringing in the messed up order. I explained what the employee told me yesterday, so again, they had me pull up to wait. I waited 15 minutes, I didn't get the full order, and the fries were cold and hard.Next time I'll be checking reviews before I order food anywhere, clearly this location has a bad track record with bad service all around.Again, I normally don't write bad reviews, but when I rarely ever get take out I'd atleast like the money I spend to go toward a decent meal rather than to absolute waste.

Spent $40 for 8 tenders to be literally as big as a hotdog. Food is always sat out for to long never changed, staff always forgets something, better off going across the street to Arby’s. Been there 100 times an 100/100 times kfc forgets sauces, food, napkins. This place just absolutely sucks. If ur wanting chicken go to lees or canes.

I don't know if they change personal but they haven't been back here longer with people really rude and the chicken always tastes like if it's fried but this last time everything was fresh servers were friendly and they served pretty

Mostly heat lamp food, chicken was cold & rubber, wedges sucked, KFC used to be good. Go to famous recipe its all fresh. Wish Fairborn would get Famous recipe back.Tried kfc again, no change, fries old and chicken tenders also hard rubber like, just nasty as all fast food in Fairborn3rd time sucked also, just die and let something like canes into Fairborn. KFC ur food still sucks and forever will.
