I ordered the pepperoni cheese bread usually it's good BUT no this day idk who was cooking but the cheese was way way overboard it definitely was thrown in the trash yuck never going here again ?

I’ve gone to this location multiple times and never had an issue with my order tonight I got home and one of my pizzas was wrong called the store and just wanted a coupon for my next visit and the dude was chill and refunded me instead so will definitely continue to drive the extra few minutes to Fairborn instead of Huber

Always come in here and receive the best service but tonight on 12/3 the service was bland! The cashier didn’t care to be here and you could tell he was ready to just go home! He shook his head in distraught when having to take pizzas out to a customer! I love this location and it won’t stop me from coming but the atmosphere was not it tonight!

By far the worst little ceasers we have been to. We got 3 pizzas last night when we got home and checked them they had all been flipped …and we found hair in one …we threw them away…we will never go back to these

Second time I've ordered from the Fairborn location in the last 2 weeks. The same guy at the counter both times had a huge attitude. Asking for napkins shouldn't be the end of the world. On a positive side, the pizza was hot..

2nd time ordering from this location and still not impressed. Had an online coupon on their site, had 20 to spend, kids' Birthday money is tight. Could get 3 pizzas with my 20, 10% off, awesome. Except the website said error try again later. 45 minutes and 4 tries later I call the store. Explain what's going on the employee gets the manager. He had an oh well attitude and I get a we have nothing to do with the site. Sooo I say well you can just do the discount at the store? He said only if I had a physical coupon, what to do screen shot the website? He says nothing he can do would you like to order???? Fine I place my order 2 pizzas no coupon for me, thanks!!! The lack of caring is obvious, atmosphere is like a morgue. I pull up and the employee, whom sounded like the manager I spoke with on the phone is standing 3 or 4 foor from entrance smoking. Isn't there a law about smoking right by a public entrance? Anyway he was nice enough to hold the door and wash his hands before strolling leisurely to the register. Asked what I wanted got my preorder, not impressed, never again!!!

They stopped taking orders 1.5 hours early. I called and after waiting a person picked up and said they won’t take calls over the phone anymore because it’s to late. And she said to get the app and Oder so I did and the app said they were not excepting orders. Also before I could get done talking The lady hung up on me

I always get good food from this chain. I brought in an undercooked item and asked if I could simply have a replacement item- I asked for no money back, just replacement food. The manager said that because it was ordered through the app, there was nothing he could do.Why having ordered through the app has anything to do with whether food quality was up to par, I have no idea. Just a heads up for those of you using the app. The food is fast enough. If it's all the same, just order in person. Because this was a loss of hard-earned money I could spent on something edible. Lesson learned. ☹PS: 90% of the food remained when I returned with the product in the original box. It was clear I was simply unhappy with the food and not trying to get one over on anyone.
