Without question the worst fast food restaurant I have ever visited. Will never order here again. Last drive thru order resulted in 35 minute wait. Whomever owns this dump should be embarrassed.

I go to McDonalds for my kids. K hate this garbage. But this is the absolute worst McDs I have ever been to. I put myself through school working at these places and this is by far the worst I have ever seen. Constant wrong orders, waiting 25 minutes for an order, not one customer is happy in this place. McDonald’s is a thing of the past. The entire corporation will be failing if this is a sign of things to come.

Continously the worst McDonalds in the area. No matter the time of day or amount of others in the drive thru they park the cars and make you wait more than 20 minutes. You can be the only car and it still happens. Usually they're sending 10 cars to park and wait. This one should just be shut down.

Not sure who’s running that place but think whole place needs overhaul new management new employees customer service is nonexistent. Don’t usually take time to review a place like McDonald’s because there’s always something that could be complained about but this visit was extra special ?

Never order a quarter pounder unless you want it pink. I understand they are cooked when ordered, but they should be prioritizing food safety over their service times, as I believe they pulled the patty early to make service times. I question even this though, because when I ordered it was 230pm, and only one car had been in line with me the entire duration I waited. As I drove away I saw there were no other cars in the drive thru line. I could *kinda* understand if they pulled the meat early if they were slammed, but they were not. The last several times I have ordered the combo meal, the meat has been pink inside to varying degrees. Today was the last time I'll ever order there, the pics I attached don't show how pink it really was. I had to rip apart my sandwich to find spots that looked cooked enough to eat. I didn't pay 10$ to throw half away. The fries are only salted half the time. And if you ever have to pull forward and wait during busy hours, you may as well go inside yourself. They have 4 waiting spots, but will have half a dozen or more cars pulled forward waiting. No matter the size or contents of your order, you will be waiting for 10min outside. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. The only thing it has going for it is the service, even that is inconsistent; the younger workers always are polite, while anyone over age 21 seems to be bitter about their job. Do better.

My sister and I pull up to the drive thru.. (no other cars) order 2 plain mcdoubles large fry a sweet tea and unsweetened tea .. Next window gives us our drinks then say our food is cooking please pull into pick up spot 3... over 10 minutes later food comes out.. fries are cold.. I go inside and get hot fries.. lady behind the counter was very nice and got hot fresh fries for me.. This was a ridiculous wait for 2 plain burgers and 1 cold fry... They pull you forward for EVERYTHING..I will not go to Broad street McDonald's again.
