The food was okay but the ice cream machine was broke so did not get the ice cream we ordered. They told me it would be refunded but it never was.Avoid this place if you plan on getting ice cream especially if you have a kid, they cannot understand why some of these clown-show restaurants cannot keep an ice cream machine operating (while others can).

I went to pick up my mobile order at 10:13pm today and was told they were down for maintenance and couldnt give refunds and that i should go on the app,the app says to go to the store so i called and was told there was nothing they could do from a lady named "brittany" so i asked her to save my name so i could speak with the manager in the morning so hopefully mcdonalds gives me my money back smh

Thi McDonald's is quick and has great quality. The food wasn't messy and our order was exact. This is one of the better ones in Dayton from my experience. They're also open a little later and the ice cream machine works!

I love going to this Mcdonalds because I always request my food be cooked to order & every single time they do just that, I get fries straight from the basket & everyone knows McDonald's has by far the best fries especially when there always fresh.Dietary restrictions: They do offer healthy alternatives.Kid-friendliness: You don't get anymore pro-kid friendly then McDonald's.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of special ♿️ parking

I ordered my food on the mcdonalds app and selected to pick up at the counter. As I told them what my pickup number was the manager thought I came in from the drive through. She then said " someone get this guy a drivers license" and "learn how to drive next time" I honestly wanted to retaliate and talk back but I didn't. I was disappointed and disgusted by her attitude. I will no longer get food from this mcdonalds because of my experience today.

This McDonald's is hands down the best McDonald's I've ever been to. And because of that I come back here time and time again. I don't know what the owner or franchisee or management team is doing, but they need to keep doing it! Excellent experience every time. Period.
My wife and I went early on a Friday. We elected to seat ourselves in the bar area. It was nice to chill with a beer as we awaited the completion of our pizzas. We had a great conversation with Sean/Shawn, it's nice to do a little socializing with the staff.Get there early for dinner and ask for an extra crunchy crust!This place is awesome!

Steak egg bagel amazing asalways... Edit. That was short lived. They will have you waiting for 20 minutes for an online order give it to you cold and let you leave when you call and complain they say call corporate or go online I got a meal oct.11 waited 23 minutes for an online order placed before leaving work . ( my whole lunch was spent waiting) called Oct 30. To actually speak to someone he says I'm a liar this and that so have fun at breakfast . The afternoon manager let's just say you don't wanna pick up someone's app order they won't allow it and throw a big fuss
The service was SLOW!, but the cashier at the drive-thru was polite.

McDonald's is not a pleasant place to visit. The employees are very rude and when you tell the manager they are no help. I asked for fresh fries and received cold fries. I paid $1.75 for bacon and they gave me one small little piece. McDonald's should do better as far as customer service and they need better management.
