I’d give 0 stars if possible. I ordered for delivery, the building and address was listed in the notes and I have a screen shot. The delivery driver that came out was really rude, saying he had to go around my complex door to door asking who ordered and that it was my fault the details weren’t there. I called the store and talked to the manager Eddie, who literally argued with me on the phone saying the apartment number wasn’t filled out. It’s not my issue if their computer system doesn’t allow the amount of characters I typed in. He procedure to argue and say I was being rude so he wasn’t going to continue the conversation and wouldn’t get a different manager. Eddie was very rude and would not provide a solution. I called corporate and filed a formal complaint, to which they took down the information and told me someone would be in contact. Don’t order for delivery if you want decent service :)

The issue I saw was the cashier handled money then jumped right in and handled dough and made a pizza. So unsanitary. I did not see him wash his hands!

Say it with me… Better ingredients, better pizza. The service I received from the manager Austin and his team was out of this world. The way he handled me and made sure my pizza was hot, fresh and delivered was phenomenal. He was so kind and completely understanding and made my experience great. I’ll be back to see Austin.

Horrible customer service refused to honor the papa pairing price after the online order didn't go through correctly. Ended up with a cheese stick and med pizza for $23 instead of two medium and a cheese stick. very rude. wouldn't even try and fix my issue.

I'm assuming they got new management bc this location is horrible now. Pizza was wrong, took a credit to get a correct pizza, picked up the new pizza which was my bad for giving people the benefit of the doubt but got home and the new "correct" pizza was still wrong. These people need substance use treatment. It's sad really.

ive ordered from here a few times and its always been perfect but this order exemplifies how well this location does. I ordered some pizza and a drink and the delivery driver walks with a limp and actually warned me the drink might be a bit shaken up from it (it wasnt it was fine) but even warning me is a lot more than other pizza stores do. This place does everything perfect.

Order was ready a head of time and it was during dinner time. We ordered garlic stuff crust pizza, cheese sticks and jalapeño poppers. Everything was hot and exactly what we ordered. It was very good except, can’t believe I’m saying this, but too much garlic.
