---**1 Star - 6 September 2023**I've had it with this Starbucks location. I can't remember the last time I had a complete order. Every visit, there's a long list of out-of-stock items. Today, for example, they claimed to be out of foam, vanilla, cold brew, and something else.What makes the situation worse is the barista's attitude. Not only are they unapologetic, but they also seem indifferent to the inconvenience this causes customers.And here's the kicker: I suspect they're lying about the stock to cut corners on labor. Given the regularity of these "shortages," it's hard to believe it's just bad luck or poor inventory management.I'm fed up and won't be returning. Consider this my final goodbye to this terribly managed Starbucks location.

Closed before 8:00. Was at the window at 7:45 pm the lady was talking to someone else and didnt consider us at all. Won’t come to this one ever again. Till problem is solved

My favorite place! I drive 30 mins here every morning cause I love them. They’re so friendly. My absolute favorite barista though has to be Ball he’s awesome definitely needs a raise or something. He makes my mornings so friendly and real❤️ 10/10 Recommend this location.

This is located inside Kroger's! This is a buy-and-go location since there are no seats around to seat and enjoy your coffee.

Medicine Ball tea is outstanding. Customer service Sucks. I'm not a regular Starbucks customer. Stop at Kroger Starbucks in Fairborn it opens at 6:00 am on my way to work. Walk up to counter lady never said I'll be with you or can i help you. She kept working trying to organize and clean up like I was not even their. If you open at 6 am you should be ready for customers. It was awhile before she came to cash register. Because how the counter is organize I did not know a register was there, I thought she was still working. She stood there at cash register never said anything both of us are just looking at each other in silence. So I just started talking can I get a medicine ball. She took my order and money and walked away in silence. I waited awhile for my drink. Remember I never ordered at Starbucks. She fix my tea and placed it on the other end of counter. Now I did not know this. I stood for about 5 mins all the time my tea was sitting on the counter. I had no idea it was ready. I grab the Cup and walked off.

Imma miss one of my favorite baristas Caroline, looks like imma have 2 favorite locations now. Chatting with Caroline when i come through about our lives and hubbys and my kids is the reason i choose this location. When shes not there i do get a chance to get to know the other wonder baristas as well. Im hoping one of my other faves doesnt leave and if they do i hope she transfers to the store the other is so that i can still see all of their beautiful smiling faces. These women are the reason i skip the cheaper places.

My favorite location. They arent usually to busy there are some afternoons and evenings they are a little busy however the wonderful staff that works this location is primarily why i choose this location. Also everyone needs to stop treating the baristas at your local starbucks a lot better than ive seen and heard. Any person providing you a service you simply didnt wanna do yourself should be respected. And these women at this location have earned that respect. They are all awesome women. Please tell your barista they are doing an awesome job. And if they mess up try and be understanding these jobs arent easy and us being rude and disrespectful only makes their jobs even harder. Keep up the wonderful job ladies.

Very much enjoy the friendly staff team here at Starbucks. Pleasant atmosphere with delicious great flavored coffee, no matter which menu item I select each visit.

Pretty good but it's hard to hear the barista and I had to repeat my order. Drink wasn't made right but no big deal and had to ask for my pastry since they forgot that too.

Coffee is always good. However i dealt with rude employee today while ordering. During covid we wear mask plus you have a plastic visor/shield where you order which makes it hard to hear. So basically I'm yelling my order because they can't hear the music is blasting inside. Just be conscious you you require a mask When coming in that you maybe turn the music down so the host can hear the order.
