If you want subway find a better spot. The young girl that made my sandwiches did not change gloves once while making my sandwiches,I am allergic to onion and she handled onions before making the sub which was mine and did not change gloves . I had to go to the hospital. Veggies defiantly not fresh meet under cooked over all I would not go back to this one

Employees are always nice, never had an issue with this place.(Except the time a few months ago when the guy in front of me struggled with reading comprehension of a coupon and immediately started berating the staff until he almost made her cry. Avoiding accountability and not letting her get a word in edgewise to explain that Signature subs are clearly labeled as excluded until he got his way. Then also making part of his review 2 stars to avoid it being taken down by Google.)

The fine print on the coupons for 3 footlongs for $17.99 only list 5 or so sandwiches that aren't accepted then this restaurant adds another 10 on to the list of subs they won't honor with a coupon. When asked how they're aloud to do that, the employee stated something along the lines of mark ups and overhead. Not the employees fault obviously but the owner should be ashamed for buying into a franchise and not fulfilling their regulations.

Obviously, Subway is always amazing, but this specific one is trashy. The girls are so disrespectful. I've gone here twice, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it sucks worse every time. One of the girls changed the trash, saw me walk up, didn't wash her hands and proceeded to make my sandwich the second time I went. I'd rather drive 8 minutes out of the way than go here again. They are so unbelievably rude and nasty. It's FOOD SERVICE.

Noodles-gotcha

The girls there worked quickly, but they did not change their gloves between sandwiches, ringing up the sandwiches (Touching the screen, handing over the receipt), and they also upcharged bacon on a bacon chicken ranch sandwich, double meat is two dollars not four. Woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning.

Terrible...sandwich. The bread hard is spots. Bad lettuce. Skimpy on toppings. Poor service. Not returning. Subway use to be dependably pretty good. The facilities were inside a BP and clean.

Two different people in my group placed online orders through the app. Money is taken from both accounts. We showed up and the employee was not only clueless, but disrespectful. We showed her our phones with proof of our orders and she said “I don’t have them in my system so I can’t help you” and proceeded to call her boss. They refused to refund us or even make our food. Save your time and money, and go to Kauffman if you want Subway.

This is the worst Subway I have ever ordered from. The tuna bowl I ordered was almost $12 and was half full. I guess Lettuce and Spinach are so expensive now that even Subway can't afford to part with it.

Never again. I worked at a subway for years and have NEVER seen such stupidity. First of all, cuts the bread so wonky it can’t even hold anything, then drops the knife and tries to pick it up and not change gloves, until everyone yells at the worker for trying to do so. Eat here if you enjoy slop and food poisoning on a platter

This location is better then broad st (they always out of stuff and staff alway smoking weed out side ) this location is fast and friendly service and will always enjoy coming back to this location Manger was on point and very friendly definitely will be back
