March 25th 2024 there were 2 coworkers there around 10am working the front. The young lady working drive thru, and a rude boy with short blonde hair ignored me as I asked was a doordash order for so and so right here? I couldn't read the name. But he ignored me twice. I won't be back

I hate to say this but this Tim Horton location is not the experience of 10 years ago. Selection of pastries is so limited and no longer features my favorites...sesame bagels and maple donuts. The store was out of the egg white bites I ordered. It was relatively busy so with only one register open, service was fairly slow although the clerk was friendly.

Waited a little over 5 minutes after being pulled for this “grilled cheese panini”. for them to bring out cold cheese and non toasted bread. coffee is also disgusting.

Service depends on who is working. I have found my order to be fast and accurate with some and others not so much through the drive thru. I use the mobile app to place drive thru orders to get rewards and for faster service. Most the of the time I am asked to pull ahead and wait by the front door which is sketchy for people parking and trying to get out and drive thru customer having to go around you and kind of defeats the purpose of even placing a drive thru order. Drive thru orders that I pay for will have items substituted and not communicated. Different donuts given, different breakfast sandwich and different size drinks. I understand if you are out of an item but communicate that to your customer and give them an option for a substitute or refund the item.

When you stop to get a hot coffee and the machine is getting cleaned, so now I have to go to Starbucks, not what I wanted to do because I went out of your way to get a Tim Hortons coffee. Not satisfied.Maybe that’s why Starbucks line is so stinking long

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Everytime I go there they never get my order right. Iced Capps are always watered down and not frozen, never get whipped topping when you ask for it, Tim boosts are always wrong flavors.

Waffle breakfast sandwich was pretty good. They didn't have strawberry Jelly when I asked and didn't offer any other kind. If they don't have Jelly, that's weird.

I ordered an extra large coffee, 5 cream, as I always do. I was rung up for 5 2%milk. I figure, they just hit the wrong button. They wrote "5C" on the lid. I tasted it, and yes, it was definitely 2% milk. I drove back around, and was then told they're out of creamer. Definitely not the way to correctly address an inventory issue. Do not put 2% milk in my coffee when I asked for cream. Let me know you're out of cream and allow me the chance to refuse to purchase.

Tim Hortons dropped the ball this morning. Staff was dismissive and they got my order wrong. Pulled up to the speaker and they said go ahead and order, then said wait a minute then asked me to repeat it again and again. They didn't give me my receipt or get my order right.
