Has completely went downhill. I pulled to the window and the worker was on her phone, looked at me and continued to finish texting without even acknowledging me until my food came and it was time to pay. She was rude. Food quality was terrible as well. I use to go there/order takeout twice a week. I'll spend money somewhere else moving forward.

So every time I have went they have always got my order wrong and they get upset when you ask for the correct thing like tonight I got nachos and they made them wrong put stuff on it that I didn’t want so I told her and she gave me a new one and charged me again when I said something about her charging me twice she said that I had to pay for the nachos that she got wrong and mind you I would have given them back gladly I just think it’s ridiculous I had to pay for something I didn’t want or ask for

I ordered this through DoorDash and the tacos were really good as well as the taquitos. my only complaint is the refried beans were so salty. I couldn't even eat them. the Birria tacos and consume were very good. it's just unfortunate the amount of salt on the beans

Victor's has really gone down hill with the new management. Rude employees, subpar food just an extremely poor experience. If you truly want excellent service and food for your money try La Base. To the young lady that feels her behavior of ignoring guest and making out with her boyfriend is acceptable, it is not it is not and your manager should be ashamed for allowing it to not only happen but to continue after it was brought to his attention. Very Disappointing

I've eaten at this particular location for 10 years. Over the last two years, the quality of food has gone downhill. I ordered a Carne Asada bowl, chicken quesadilla, and 5 taquitos. There was barely any lettuce or guacamole on them, and they were NOT even hot like. Tasted like they've been sitting out. My quesadilla had too much chicken and not enough cheese. It tasted very dry!! Top it off, the female working the drive thru did not give me the Sierra Mist I ordered, so there wasn't anything for me to wash down the dry tasting quesadilla.

Went a little after 6 and ordered Carne asada tacos, Carne asada taco salad, chicken tacos, and birria taco combo and everything went to waste in my house besides thr Birria. My daughter said the chicken taste funny(I did not try) both Carne asada items taste like what cat food smells like. Even with the toppings and even putting beans on the tacos my husband and I could not eat it. Went out again and just got food elsewhere.

I went to this location and spent $60, and my family and I threw everything back up. We did not finish the food. The meat was purple. I called to speak to a manager, and the lady that answered was beyond rude. She refused to let me speak to a manager and told me I would not be receiving a refund. I called the health department, and they did nothing. I called Victor's again to try to speak to someone else, and as soon as I asked for a manager, the same lady hung up on me. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
