I spent 20 minutes in line with maybe four cars in front of. The pay window was closed so everything was happening at the.They hand me a drink with no straw. After another four or five minutes if they hand me some food.But it's not my order! So I circle around and get their attention. They finally bring out my sandwich but no fries.I just drove off.

I went there tonight and ordered a meal and had 400+ points that I redeemed to use towards my large fry. For whatever reason, the app wasn't working and the lady that helped me, didn't catch her name, but she was white, missing teeth and very unapproachable. Instead of taking my large fry off, bc she could clearly see the app as she had my phone ans that reward wasn't working, she just wanted to discount my order. The "discount" was less than a dollar and my points would have taken off 4$. So when i went to question it, she threw her hands up and started yelling "don't argue with me about it, the app isn't working" while still holding my card. As I went to say my response to her TERRIBLE resolution, she tried to slam the window closed while I was still talking, I pointed out my card was still in her hand and she had the audacity to throw my card at me through my window and slam the window closed. So I go to a different location 2 miles away and USED MY APP WITH NO PROBLEM. This lady is terrible and needs fired. No customer service and is giving Wendy's a bad look and lost money tonight, I will never be going back to this location and will ensure I tell everyone I know not to as well.
