The wait for our food was extremely long, I don't know if this location is short staffed but besides waiting for a long time for our food our server was good and the food was just ok kind of salty. I had salmon broccoli and mashed potatoes.

Wasn’t busy, still took 20 mins to be seated, Red sangria tasted like a virgin, Took forever to get our food, Burger was extremely dried out. Steak was super rare on one side and well done on the other. Overall just did not taste well. We were there for two hours, and when we left, it still was not busy. Only thing good about our experience was our server was very nice.

Went to this place on Saturday March 9, order the chicken broccoli pasta. I didn't eat all of it took the rest home and heated it up the next day to find hair in my food. At first I thought it was melted cheese but no it wasn't, it was blonde hair . I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, name Whitney, and emailed the company pictures. I will never eat anything else here with melted cheese. I'm so paranoid now I had to take pictures on my black stove because it wouldn't show up clearly in the food.

They had us waiting for our food for 3 hours. They kept refusing to bring the manager to us. Everyone else got their food while we were waiting. People came in after us got their food way before us. Poor customer service. I can't even imagine why they do this.

Checked us out like we received are food and we are still sitting here for 20 minutes. Get home and there is a hair in my hamburger
Came in for dinner with my family at 8:30 and they close at midnight. There was plenty of employees and they only had about a dozen customers in total there. We were turned away and told it was over a 2 hour wait to be seated because the system was down and they have to do everything by hand. Really you can't seat a table, get thier order and make it without a computer system. This isn't the 1st time they have done something like this but it will be the last. Me and my family will never set foot in this restaurant again.

Food was good. Server wasn't well informed on specials. I had to point it out hanging on the wall that had been there for months so it wasn't anything new. She also wasn't attentive for a slow time. Sadly the grill was broken so no burgers, quesadilla or anything like that. Hopefully they can get back to running well.

Went yesterday for the all you can eat. I took my family of 9. We had a 45 minute wait and another hour for our food. When we got it the food was old and burnt coleslaw was just lettuce. We only had 1 plate when we ask for the 2nd round it was taken so long that we decided to leave. I will be calling the manager today
