Do not let the appearance of this gem fool you. I started to go someplace else because who wants to get food at a gas station. Anyhoo, I decided to give them a try because I had already navigated my way there and my pastrami craving was leading the way. This place is great. Not only was the sandwich delicious, but the potato salad was great too. The staff behind the counter was very nice and friendly. I liked this place so much that I filled up the truck with fuel.

Melissa, our server, is amazing. She knows what we want to drink and has it on the table when we walk in. She's funny and incredible. She handles the entire dining room every weekday morning. I don't know how she does it and still keeps laughing.

We ordered burgers, fries and a salad while on vacation in Sept 2021. The small, thin frozen hamburger patty was no thicker than cardboard and it was burnt on both sides! It was awful. The 10 or less crinkled French fries, out of a frozen food bag, were ok because they were deep fried. The salad was old, wilted and starting to turn brown, served on a little plate. It had lettuce, cucumbers, and some tomatoes. It looked like it had been sitting out all day and needed to be thrown in the trash. It was probably leftovers from a day or 2 ago. I tried eating 2 bites but it was too old and wilted. The waitress came by when I put it on the side of the table, asking if I was finished with my salad. I told her I couldn't eat it because it was too old and wilted. She took it and didn't even apologize or offer to make me a fresh salad. The waitress had a bad attitude and didn't care about the quality (or lack thereof) of the food she put out to her customers. We can tolerate a rude waitress, but the food was even worse - it should have been thrown in the trash. I would not serve it to my dog - except for the French fries - they were good because they were out of a freezer bag. We were on vacation and we tried this restaurant based on the photos on their internet site - big mistake! . The actual food you get looks NOTHING like the photos on the internet. The servers don't care and the food tasted awful. How do you ruin a simple hamburger and salad?????
