Order was 15 minutes late ...shorted me my side... drinks were up and ready 10 minutes before order... by the time i came back for my side they were watered down... food was good but service and friendliness needs improvement! And a sorry for leaving part of your order out would be great!

Go there to place an order, and they told me I had to order in the phone to get certain deals. So I had to step out of line to order them by the time I was about to place there were 3 other family’s putting in their orders. It would have taken over 30 minutes waiting instead of just taking my order. Not to mention they had an attitude the entire time when asking questions. Don’t waste your time, go to lees where they actually appreciate the business.

I ordered a #13 chicken sandwich combo. Horrible sandwich because it was too hard to eat and it tastes old. Fries were okay, room temperature. 9.00 for nothing.

I would give negative stars if I could. I placed a mobile order an hour and a half before close on a Saturday night. They didn’t even have chicken tenders. I was willing to wait and I wasn’t rude at all about it. They aren’t cooking anything else. Fine. So I got a refund right? Wrong. I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone for a refund that will take several business days. Not only that, the staff was rude about me asking for a refund for food I did not receive any part of. How old is the food they’re serving if they don’t cook anything for over an hour and a half before they close? Not something I’m interested in eating. I will not return.

KFC was pretty good the last time I went. I didn’t use to be a fan of their chicken but I am now. I got their 20 dollar fill up box and it was really a good value. It fills up two people easily. I definitely would return many more times!
