Went to celebrate my daughter's 21st the waitress was ridiculous! Half ordered soup the other half salad note only one bowl of salad was needed! My sister in law got a few pieces of lettuce and your waitress told her she would be charged for a whole salad. Thank you for ruining my daughters special day no she wasn't charged but never in all my years did I experience a visit like that

Went out for an early Easter dinner with Skip, he surprised me lol, I didn't have a clue! But it was a nice surprise, staff was great, didn't have no line to wait in at all, which was also great, our waitress was very nice, polite, funny and easy to talk to (always a plus in that line of work)!! Only little problem we had was that my guys wasn't cooked correctly so I had to send it back but thankfully it didn't take too long and we was able to eat together. Thanks Olive Garden for the great Easter diner we got to have, we had a wonderful time!!

Today April 10/24 I was there for a family dinner. The food was delicious, Atmosphere excellent however the service was so unprofessional. The lady was a black women , tall with a puffy hair very disrespectful, loud . I don't usually wrire review hut please please watch out she may drop your rate to 1.Thank you

Well, I'm still not a fan of the kiosks they have on the tables, but...it did work for me this time, so maybe they have finally worked out the issues. Prices are up like everywhere, but the food seems to be of the same quality. Service was good.
Ok lunch service speed, if I had an hour or 2 for lunch. The restaurant was basically dead and I waited quite long for everything.The food was good for a chain restaurant.

Dinner Saturday night, the wait list on line said 0-10 minute wait. When we got there they said 15 minutes. But they seated us before we even sat down.Food was good. Waiter was good. He was almost too good. Almost stopped by too much. But he kept the drinks full and that's great. I like this olive garden better than Middletown. The building is much more interesting for sure. Just wish the area was better after dark. During the day it's fine. But people in this area are weird after dark.

Greeter was rude yesterday Monday 11th...5pm...sat the customer that came in behind me while I was standing there waiting to be seated...the chicken Parma was tough...not good...Sorry I didnt say something yesterday to the manager..who greeted us at our table. I will.xome in today 12 March and speak to the manager. Always lived Olive Gardens delicious food and buffet for many years!!
