Service was fine, what you'd expect at Cane's... But the food was definitely sub-par. The fries were soggy and the chicken was not crispy... One of mine was even a little rubbery, which was concerning.

This is the first Raising Cane's I've tried. Food is ok. It would've been better but we got our food to go and the condensation inside the plastic bag made the fries soggy and made the coleslaw warm. The service was great, though. The employees were really friendly and helpful.
