Great froyo, got the pb & j swirl and was delighted. Light layer of cheesecake to top it off. Added some cookie dough bites on it with some buckeyes and it was money.

Our kids love this place and we are normally very happy but the last few times atleast one machine has been out of order (2 flavors) and this last time two were out so 4 flavors short. The down machines were also the non dairy ones which are something we look forward to with a lactose intolerance for one of our kids. The staff was super apologetic and we are hopeful things get fixed.Dietary restrictions: They normally have a nice variety with non dairy and no added sugar options as well.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly, ask for a coloring page for the kids if you need to keep them busy!

Yum! Great staff. Good prices (I'm sure if we went crazy it would have been worse). A great treat anytime! Can't wait to go again.

Disappointed to be writing a negative review on a frozen yogurt spot but this feels necessary...I (a white woman approaching 40) and my daughter (a person of color) went to get a treat last weekend. After enjoying our yogurt my teenager asked if that would be a place she would be allowed to work, I said yes and she asked me to get her an application. To clarify she asked me to get one bc she was wearing cutoff jeans and a torn shirt and thought that an unprofessional look to ask for an application in. So I ask the young woman behind the counter for an application to which she curtly responded "we're not hiring" and continued her conversation with her coworker.I called now to inquire with the manager if it was normal for a frozen yogurt joint to not be taking applications in the summer, especially considering the turnover rate among high-school and college aged workers. A rate which I can personally attest to, myself being the general manager of a restaurant. She informed me they're not hiring but that if I wanted to apply to try after the summer. I let her know my issue was with the curt employee saying to an older woman and a mixed child they're just not hiring and that it would be easy for me to think that was the reason (ageism or racism) we weren't given an application. I offered that maybe, as I was told by the manager, the girl could've said "we're not hiring now but come back in August we'll accept more then", or as all good managers should be doing anyway, "we'll look over your application but don't expect have any availability until the kids go back to school".The manager offered little to no sincere apology and despite not being present for the interaction informed me the girl wasn't being discriminatory and jumped to the defense. This completely diminished my experience as a customer and as a human being. I really expected a more enlightened response from someone who was supposed to be a manager.Highly recommend the most basic DEI training for your forward facing employees.

Wonderful froyo. Clean and fast check out. A few simple chairs in the front to watch life go by and a counter by the windows inside. Several tables inside. Good frozen yogurt choices and fresh toppings. Remember that you pay by weight and price can go up quickly.
The yougurt was flavorless and had no creaminess; the cherries were tasteless as well. I was so disappointed; we had enjoyed this place in the past

My children loves Sweet Frog! The frozen yogurt is always great! The fruit isn’t sweet however the other toppings are great! It is pricey however it’s all about the experience!

So many ice cream choices! I appreciate that there are dairy-free options, but I wish that one of them was vanilla ice cream rather than them all being fruit flavored - vanilla is a much better base for all the MANY toppings available. The pineapple dole whip is definitely the best of the dairy-free options, though. So delicious.

Sweet Frog is a sweet treat anytime. Frozen yogurt you assemble yourself and finish off with your favorite toppings.

Ice cream doesn't trip my trigger much but I love frozen yogurt. Sweet Frog does not disappoint and I am so glad the pandemic didn't shut their doors for good. I hope they are around for a very long time. It's the only place around that has great frozen yogurt. Love this place!!
Always a great experience here!
