The manager(i think her name was Brittany) is the rudest person I've ever come across in a drive-tbru. The two employees I encountered need to.be trained in customer service.. Corporate will be getting a letter regarding her behavior to paying customer. I will not be going there again. And in reading other reviews at this location, it appears they are losing customers.

I ordered 2 meals. Both were wrong. One had cheese after being ordered without cheese. The other chicken sandwich was UNDERCOOKED. I called and John the manager said bring it back and he'll replace it but he's busy. I said felt his answer was not very good to potentially giving me food poisoning and then I asked for his restaurant number to reach out to corporate, since I was not given a receipt. He hung up on me. When I called back he tried to say that was not him who I had just spoken to. He was lying. He then told me he was busy running a business. Giving food poisoning to customers and acting impatient and annoyed at food poisoning is not how to run a restaurant. Ecoli kills.I didn't die last night. But the sickness was pretty terrible.

I placed an order through the app for pick up in the drive-thru. I was told it was ready when I got there and told to pull to the second window. When I did, I was told that the order had just come through, it would be a wait, and that I would need to come inside to pick it up. I had my multiple small kids in the car which was why I chose the drive-thru rather than coming in. I asked if they would be able to bring the food out to my car instead and, if not, that I would just like a refund on my order. The next person at the window was a gentleman who did not ask what issue I was having or how he could help; the first words out of his mouth were “we don’t offer refunds through the drive-thru”. When I tried to explain that that’s not what I was asking for, he interrupted several times to say the same thing. He then told me that he was the manager and offered no further remarks, just closed the window. I’d recommend a refresher on customer service for this location.

Ordered medium frosty given small. Both fries cold,no straw, told can't do 2 orders because of an inspection Tommorow. No cherry coke cause they had to do something to the machines. Really bad service.

6 or 8 teens inside. Said they couldn't help me because they didn't have enough workers to open up the inside. Told me I could go thru the drive thru. I said I would give my money to someone else.

The indoor dining area closed. Someone eating inside giving hand signals to people to go through the drive-thru. Would be nice to not have to eat in the car, so I left without buying anything here. Steak n Shake next door has open dining room.
The Staff was very courteous and I like Wendy's salads but the iced tea was so diluted it tasted like water! Their fries are always great.

I think for a reasonably priced quick meal this is a great place to get food. Their fries are awesome and they're junior bacon. Cheeseburgers are great!.
