I love bibipop, but this is literally the 3rd time I’ve order from ubereats and my order is completely wrong or there’s missing items. This time I got a completely different order. Please pay attention when you’re handing the food to the driver. The bags are sealed, so it’s up to you to ensure the driver gets the correct bag.

I ordered a bowl with avocado on it and they ran out on the line. They had it in the back But never told me or said anything and had me wait there with out saying anything. I asked about my order a couple minutes later and was told to wait instead of saying they are out or they don't have time or patience to get it. So I never got my food. They were very rude and short tempered during this whole time and I watch several customers get severed as I waited for my food. After about another 20 minutes of waiting I realized they are not going to make my food. It was as if they wanted me to give up on ordering so they didn't have to get the avocado. I won't be coming back to this location and do not recommend it to others. They have better managed locations else where in town.

They charged me 2 different amounts, for 1 order. I presented it to them before I left showing my bank account and their error, they were high schoolers with no adult support trying to fix it best they could, never got the promised refund by someone via phone call, they need supervision. I feel bad for them kids. And their card reader kept breaking with no support there. I want the refund for the $$ they took because of the faulty card reader and nobody there to help the kids trying best they could to run the place.NEVER AGAIN. My daughter will have to find a new favorite food

Came to visit this location because I was craving asian food and I knew there was only one place that can actually serve what I wanted. I would like to say that the staff, even though they were young, they were extremely professional and efficient, Please congratulate the staff as soon as anybody from administration sees this review.

My daughter likes to cone here because she loves the kimchi here iwent with a rice bowl they are pretty cheap around 10 bucks not sp bad for some healthier foods the workers are nice here anytime I have stopped in I rarely ever had to wait to order it's a good quick healthier choice if your wanting something fast amd cheap

First time trying this an it was very tasty! I built my own bowl. I had Korean bbq beef, sweet potato noodles, super Greek mix, double kimchi, bean sprouts, carrots, double Potatoe, egg and red onion. It was a very generous portion in my opinion! The only down side was the potatoes. They were extremelyyyyy dry. I'd def go back and try something else!
If I'm being honest, this is one of my absolute favorite places to eat. The food is healthy, always fresh, and consistent. When traveling for work in the Ohio and Indianapolis area, it is an absolute must for my crew and I to stop and get a bowl. They have something for everyone. Chipotle is their parent company, so I'd describe it as Chipoltle, but with an Asian twist. Can't beat the value either price to quality doesn't get better.Vegetarian options: Many vegetables, noodles, and other non meat optionsDietary restrictions: The entire menu is gluten-free.
