The service here is the worst!!! Repeatedly disappointed. Takes 40 min to get an order even when you are the only customer and I promise it will be wrong. The staff leave the speaker on at the drive thru so you can hear them talk about their personal lives while you wait for a total. This place needs to just close down. It’s a lost cause!

Having a deep love for Burger King job well done!! Whoppers, imagine my surprise when I got the tastiest Whopper EVER! Made exactly how I wanted it. It was so juicy an delicious. I could eat there every day! Your food is consistent, you employees are remarkable! And you bathrooms? No complaints!! Keep that awesome team!

Just Yuck. I'm always reminded why I avoid going to BK, especially Fairview location. Service bad, food yucky, and always always have to go back for forgotten items. I seriously gotta quit giving them another chance.

We have to drive down the road to a 4*+ Burger King. This one is terrible. Every single order is missing items. Every single order comes out cold. Veggies, mayo, even bread tastes weird like a dumpster.

The owners of this franchise must have given up. I normally love Burger King, but having now given this spot several tries over the last year I can confidently say that it is the worst BK franchise I've experienced. Terrible product, innacurate ordering, terrrible service, long waits (even when im the only one), and apparently this franchise has elected to drop less popular items from the menu (without stating as such on the menu). Such a shame this is the one closest to my home.

It is consistently a bad experience here. Literally one car in the drive through, zero people inside and the staff can’t seem to multi task and take more than one order at a time. Once you finally get your food (if you are desperate enough to wait for them to actually take your order) it’s mostly cold, which is interesting since you think they would be making it fresh since it takes so long to get anything accomplished. I live close by but refuse to give this place another chance.
