A cute custard shop serving a small variety of original and special monthly flavors. The employees serving seem to have ok customer service. Never had an experience with them giving a great impression. But still ok. Their smooth and thick custards are still very good to me and would come back again (: (Hot Apple Sundae & Strawberry Cheesecake is my FAV) ***they also serve pup cups!***
East Coast, I love your custard, but I have to deduct a star for a simple reason: your drink carriers do not fit your cups. I just dumped a very expensive milkshake on my front steps, as one of the 3 I bought for my family would not stay in as I opened my door. That’s after fighting them to stay upright the whole drive home. Please, don’t just by the cheapest carrier, get the one that fits. Just left East Coast Custard and ordered our usual two scoop vanilla cone and a kids Turtle Sundae. Both were much smaller than they have ever been. The sundae barely had any chocolate or caramel. Very disappointing, the sizes have always been bigger with more than one cherry, plenty of sauces. Didn’t even come close to the top of the cup! Definitely not worth the $9.50!
