It seems like the employees have no idea what’s going on. Whether you order online and pick up or go into the store and order, they are clueless. Not personable, look bored, move slow. I’ve maybe ordered here 3-4 times hoping something would change. The food is so much better at other Pulp locations. Don’t bother coming to this location.

Arrived at 8:34pm, hours were closing at 9pm. Drove 35minutes to make it there in time. And whoever was closing on Friday night December 22nd 2023 had “already closed” even though the lights were on, the doors were open lights were on. The girl was counting the register and refused to make any transactions. This is absolutely horrendous service. Will not be back. Don’t go here. Terrible staff.Now the owner is calling me a liar… 2 females came in right after me and had the same thing happen to them. Nice try to lie on a google review weirdo.

hey!i was reading reviews before i wanted to write mine and i saw Ryan’s!on december 22 arojnd 845 my friend and i went to get a smoothie. doors were open and lights were on.i saw worker was counting the drawer, so i asked can you make me a pulp passion.. she said sorry i already washed all the blenders. i said your hours are open til 9.. she did not care one bit.so upsetting since i go probably 4 times a week for my smoothie and wrap.check your cameras ahain.

Workers are young and immature and look like they hate their job. They are not friendly and take forever to make a smoothie. There are far better locations. This one unfortunately is terrible, hence the low rating on Google.

I liked pulp until I found out they use white sugar in their smoothies.. I thought the fruit was all the sugar needed.. I will still go for the freh juices tho! Why I'm giving them 3 ? ? ? s

Would have received my one smoothie faster through door dash than by going to the location to pick up. I ordered my smoothie over the phone, took 15 minutes to get there, and the person the that had just ordered when I got there got her smoothie before I did. It’s no wonder with only two people working there. Avon location has a way better work flow.
