I haven’t enjoyed ?????? in what seems like ages but I’m glad I decided to eat lunch here today. I enjoyed a chicken footlong sub sandwich and a Gatorade drink as well. My meal was toasted and prepared in a timely manner. Definitely returning soon
The system was down in the store so they couldn't take my total. The manager looked at me and said "this one's on me" and handed me the food and I left. I was astonished by how kind that was so I thought the best thing I could do was share my experience with the lovely staff there and anyone who may want to come here. I forgot to ask the managers name, but I just wanted to say thank you. Whatever you do, don't go to the Rocky River one, there are dead flies in the cookie tray....read full review

Honestly I wasn't a subway fan before going to this location. Walked in one person behind the counter (I'm sorry never got her name) she was amazing we had a 7 sandwich order. She made quick work of them. Delicious masterpieces each 1 demolished by the family once we got home. This is the only location I will go to and I've tried subways from Florida up the east coast
