“The food is excellent and fresh. It's an excellent value for the money. So many different things to try. I actually got new stuff this evening that I hadn't seen on the menu before. I really enjoyed this place.Parking: It's an overall large parking lot but if you want to park near the restaurant it can be quite hard to find a spot.“
“It's a strip mall sushi place that makes really good sushi. The dining room is pretty basic/utilitarian but compliments for having nice and clean bathrooms. The roll selection feels a bit small to me since I am not a huge fan of how spicy tuna/crab is all minced up. More cuts and less mush please! There are also too many items on the menu that contain escolar (IYKYK), gross!“
“I absolutely love this place! I highly recommend going here for lunch or dinner. I have had their sushi/nagiri and a few entrees - I have never been disappointed with any of their food. The people are so kind and the atmosphere is relaxing.“
“After a very long difficult day I called right before closing hoping to get a to go order for my wife and I, but expected to be turned away. Not only did Amanda take our order, she also made great recommendations and was very friendly and prompt putting our order together. Phenomenal service and the sushi was amazing! Thank you Amanda! We will be back to dine in!“
“Best Chinese in north east Ohio. Seriously. Everything is fresh, there is vast menu of delicious options. No funky meats- it’s all real and prepared perfectly here. They also have a lovely HUGE selection of fresh sushi. Everything is clean, the staff are all pleasant and look happy to be at work. I came in 40 minutes before closing and they treated me like a queen. Excellent drink and cocktail selection as well. I usually get carry out (been ordering regularly from them since they opened) but dining in was a delightful experience tonight. Turned my day right around in the best way.“
“In the quiet heart of Parma, Ohio, Mizu Sushi stands as a testament to the art of sushi. Here, the sushi transcends mere food; it becomes an exploration, each bite a narrative of flavors, fresh, bold, and masterfully prepared. Amid the offerings, the crab Rangoon distinguishes itself—not just as the finest in Cleveland but as a revelation, crisp and sumptuous, a balance of texture and taste that lingers like a cherished memory. But Mizu Sushi's soul is not its fare alone; it's in the people. Emily, our server, brought to our table not just dishes but an unmatched warmth and attentiveness, turning a meal into an experience. In her service, one finds the essence of Mizu—exceptional, personal, unforgettable. This place is more than a restaurant; it's a journey worth taking, guided by the skilled hands of those who truly understand the art of hospitality and culinary mastery.“
“Such incredibly amazing service & yummy sushi. They even went so far as to change the music playing overhead, to a request (piano music) to make our dining experience that much more enjoyable. We were the only ones present so far, at that moment, being there for opening of the day. Was fantastic tea, fresh fish, and hot soup. . . I love the beautiful purple flowers that garnish some of the plates & each meal is presented with such an artistic flare - I did not want to disturb the food to eat it, was so pretty as presented ! Could not have been better, for such an affordable price.“
“I am a sushi connoisseur. I lived in Los Angeles for a very long time and ate at dozens of different sushi places. I know it's good.Voodoo tuna nails it. Super fresh fish. That is the most important. Of course. Then there is the flavor and presentation.Today I had a poke bowl. But I've had many of the other dishes. I like my sushi really spicy. Hamachi with jalapeno kind of thing. You'll never go wrong at this place. The quality is superb.Alyssa at the bar is an angel who takes care of everyone. This is right around the corner for me and is my new home for sushi night.“
“When I went in I ordered the hibachi with noodles and rice. Surprisingly they put both in one portion which was really nice. The owner seems like a hipster guy and was really nice. I recommend using their spicy teriyaki because it is actually good and although it’s not really spicy it does leave a tingle in your mouth as you eat. The portions are huge and I would say it’s decently priced. If you’re looking for quick hibachi this would be it. The only thing I will say is I wish there were more vegetables in my hibachi. When you eat hibachi the rice noodles and vegetables and protein is what it’s all about especially when they use that spicy teriyaki even a picky eater would eat the broccoli because it’s so good. Also lastly the faces on the workers and TJ the owner seemed to be neutral. lol I couldn’t tell if they were mad, sad, or irritated, or happy. I would recommend smiling more just so people can tell or assume that you’re in a good mood. Our meal did not take long to make and it was very flavorful. The yum yum sauce looks like nacho cheese but it tasted good. Maybe in the future get a higher quality yum yum sauce. But besides everything listed, everyone was nice and no one was mean but the atmosphere was difficult to tell at times and I would have liked more vegetables in my hibachi. My husband and I will definitely be coming back and everyone reading this please keep in mind of the false food poisoning claims. Since living here every newer restaurant review on google has had an early claim of food poisoning by someone trying to either just get free stuff or is claiming it was from the last place they ate. It can take up to 24-48 hours for food poisoning to affect you depending on the contaminated food and what type of bacteria it is. With the amount of food people eat in a day it would be difficult to trace where it came from and what caused it. I am not saying the claims are wrong but what I am saying is in this area when new food restaurants open up people seem to always claim food poisoning and then you never hear or see anyone claim it again.“
“Consistently great food and good service keeps my colleagues and I coming back week after week for lunch. The price for lunch is great for the quality of food you get. The lunch bento box is a perfect size for anyone. The sushi lunch comes in two sizes making it a great lunch option as well no matter the appetite.“
“We love heading to Blue Sake as often as we can. Food was very good as always, however service was slow and seemed to be a bit of an afterthought this time. We typically have really fun servers and they are on top of it, but this time was just a bit of a miss, not terrible, but not what we are used to when dining here.“
“Been coming here since they opened they got nothing but better and better every single time !! Owner is a stand up man and is a real businessman ! They always take care of me no matter who’s working !! I’d eat this every day if I can !!Parking: Easy to find“
“Very good and fresh sushi. The restaurant transports you straight into a Japanese anime or soap opera, with its cozy and inviting atmosphere. The ambiance is not just nice, but invigorating, providing a refreshing contrast to the hustle and bustle outside.Parking: The parking is filled because of the neighborhood restaurants.“
“Always order takeout for NYE. They never disappoint. The food/portions are great and the family never feels like there isn't enough. The kids always have leftovers.Parking: Located within a pretty big shopping plaza there are plenty of spots available, 100+“
“Very good for fast food Chinese. Much better than the two Asian restaurants on the other side of the food court and better than many sit down restaurants that charge much more money. I typically get the one meat two sides entree with some type of chicken (orange, General Tso, pepper, bourbon chicken are all very good). With a medium Coke it is about $9 total. Their sushi is below average. Their side dishes are good, i normally get the lo mein noodles and the veggies medley. The people who work there are extremely friendly.“
“Amazing! I am leaving as full as one can be. Awesome place for a group and this location is huge. The only downside is that on a weekend with a large group, anticipate slower service! As you can see below, these boats are huge! And if you're going with a large group, be patient and kind for the sushi chefs who are making these and staff who are serving. I recommend getting a few easy appetisers so that you're not waiting too long on an empty stomach. There are many options for what you can get to eat. I recommend getting any of the sashimi or sushi. The fish is surprisingly so fresh. Would love to come here again soon!“
“Decided to give them another chance bcuz had a craving for some noodles n surprise they were much nicer to me. Yes, I digress n I'll return again soon now that they're nicer to me n appear to value their customers a lil better now.“
“I was really impressed by this place. We got excellent quality take out sushi at 9pm on a Sunday. I’m asian and I’ve had sushi in coastal cities from expensive restaurants and this is good quality. The prices were excellent and the people working were Japanese. The takeout window was a neat addition and actually made pickup more efficient. This was a great experience that totally didn’t need to be. I wish i could go back and tip them. Also, excellent vegetarian options for sushi“
“The bartender was very friendly and let me try a few things since it was my first time there. He had very good skills in making the experience a delight. He explained the menu and gave good suggestions. My roll was very tasty. Will definitely be back if I’m around.“
“Just had lunch in Panda Wok's recently re-opened dining room. It was a treat. Brenda provided pleasant and efficient service. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The food was excellent: steamed vegetables with tofu were cooked perfectly-- crispy and firm and so fresh; and pad thai with shrimp that was spicy to my taste level and delicious. I will be back, Panda Wok. Thank you.“
“Food was amazing, very fresh and tasted great. Front customer service was great and welcoming. It was my first time coming into the restaurant and the woman at the front took her time showing me the menu and different options. I definitely recommend this place !“
“We did not do the hibachi dinner. We just came for sushi and we were not disappointed at all. We were seated almost immediately and the waiter was very friendly. The drink selection was great. They have alcoholic beverages from around the world, not just Japan. I do, however, recommend trying the Kirin Ichiban beer. I lived in Japan several years and it brought me back to my days there. The sushi was great and had a perfect presentation.“
“Overall, a wonderful little place that if you're lucky enough to catch out of the corner of your Eye as you pass and able to stop by, you have found a cool spot. Everyone that visits should be able to find something they enjoy. Perfect little menu not hard to zero in on a familiar item. Good prices, good food, good people. Ocean soup was yummy and I hit it with some of their house made ginger sauce (a must condiment) and it was bangin a Dragon roll also which was good stuff too. Don't forget to get a little eel sauce on the side and their wasabi sauce.“
