Don't know why, but this one is kinda just better than most other ones. Roast beef is still just ok, but the chicken and fish when available can slug it out with some of the best.

I've been to this location a few times, when I've been down in Findlay Ohio. Staff and food were fine, all the times I've been in but the place needs a little TLC on the inside. The dining area needs a deep clean and maybe a couple repairs, as there seemed to be some damage on one of the tables and on the wall near it.

None of the buns were toasted out of my $20 order that included the new cheesy bacon burger. My turkey slider wasn’t heated either. When I brought my receipt in to get my food remade the staff all stared at me until my order was ready. Every time I have gone to this arbys they haven’t toasted my beef and cheddar buns. Overall this arbys is unprofessional and the staff needs trained on how to make sandwiches.

Just went through the drive through. Only for 3 sandwiches, chicken tenders, and fries. Two sandwiches should have been toasted and weren't, the burger was soaked in sauce, the only decent thing was the tenders that were at least warm. They weren't busy but had to ask us to pull up to wait and the lady who brought the food out didn't even really say anything but shoved the food at us.
