The cold brew is good, but they just expect a tip everytime I use the drive-thru window. I always tip everywhere, but to actually come out and ask if you want to tip is just ridiculous, especially for the drive up window.

Does not do bogo Wednesday or Tuesday happy hour and there's not a credit card tip option for the employees, how absolutely terrible for them. The barista was smiley and apologetic and deserves a raise considering she probably only gets tipped on 10% of the orders. Perrysburg is divided into two biggby locations that both offer specials and I guarantee their business expenses are higher than Findlay. The only time that I would say it's acceptable to go against corporate specials are if you're located in a truck stop or airport.

Not what I expected. Not really sure what I expected. I have had carry out from Biggby across town and enjoyed it but this just didn't seem the same. I guess disappointed was the word. The atmosphere was "cold". Sorry.

Traveling through we decided to stop and grab a bitter bear. Truly it was my favorite for years, was in high hopes to introduce the shop to some people. Our coffee was not sweet at all... no buttery flavor, and strong! i was very disappointed.

Been stuck in line for 25+ mins. Can’t get out of line because of how far in I am. Tried calling the store to see what the hold up is with no answer. One car should not cause this much of a holdup. Not to mention the lobby is closed. Very unprofessional.
I'm a drive thru customer, every time they are quick and accurate. I've tried a few different coffee's from here and they are always great.

I went to this location for breakfast and to work for a couple of hours, since the local coffee shop down the street shut down. To start, it was a little confusing since the register to order in tucked in the corner and kind of hidden when you walk in. Luckily the staff was friendly enough to guide me to the correct counter. I ordered a matcha latte and an everything bagel with cream cheese. Both were good, although the matcha was nothing special and the ratio of tea to milk seemed a little off...either way it wasn't too bad. I set up my work area in one of their half booths that features booth seating and a desk. I thought it was perfect to work at and take a video call. unfortunately, the ground beneath the seat was super sticky and gross (and as i looked around, the rest of the floors could have used a nice cleaning). It was so sticky my shoe was stuck and after I left I had to clean the bottom of my shoes. Also, the booth is a nice feature BUT whoever designed it was a giant. I am 6'0 and the desk height was so tall and made it very uncomfortable to work. I would say staff was friendly so 5 stars there, food was meh so maybe 3 stars there, environment was like 1 star. The place has potential to be a nice atmosphere...with Starbucks opening next door, it might help them to make some improvements.Parking: on site, 5 or more spots available
