Top chocolate, confections, and ice cream shop. German Chocolate is my favorite flavor.

My two favorite things: mint meltaways and peanut butter meltaways. For Valentine’s Day and Easter those are my standard gifts that say “you matter so much I gave these to you instead of eating them myself while they were in my hands.” That is truly caring for another human being.

One of the best ice creams I have ever had! Creamy but not too sweet! We ordered one scoop of cookie dough, and it was yummy!

If you want homemade ice cream and candies Dietsch Brothers is the place for you. They have been in business in the same location long before I was born and I'm 67. You won't regret the trip.Parking: Parking lot and on street parking is available. During peak time parking is usually still ok.Kid-friendliness: They sell ice cream and candies, what more can I say.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors can be a challenge.

Bottom line is this, if you are anywhere near Findlay, you have to make a stop at Dietsch's for some home made ice cream and some chocolate covered peanuts. You can thank me later.

I have been going to Dietsch's for over 50 years. Every time I go to Findlay I have to stop there. They have the best critters and chocolate covered pretzels I love their candy, ice cream bars and the chopped nuts. The service is always fast and friendly.

Ii wanted to have ice cream packed up to drive for 2 hours. The guys were super friendly, and helpful. They went and found the flavor I wanted in the back and wrapped it all up in dry ice. The ice cream we ate on our way back was delightful as always. German Chocolate has been my favorite son me childhood. But I don't find the toffee pieces in it anymore, and I'm the early 80s, there was the occasional walnut. But overall it's still delicious

Dating advice: Find yourself someone who would drive two hours (RT) just to surprise you with the best chocolate truffles in the state of Ohio! The presentation of the box alone was impressive! Thank you, Dietsch Brothers for your existence!!!
