I remember when this place was friendly's. At Firehouse subs, the food was fine as was the staff. I wasn't a fan of The soda pop machine, almost too many choices and the screen was a bit touchy. It does take a minute to get your food but it was worth the wait.

Im not from the area, Im actually from Jacksonville where the franchise started. Ive eaten FH pretty much my whole adult life. Never have I been so disappointed with the service, the wait time, and the food itself. These guys aren't representing the brand well.

My mom was supposed to get a free sub for her birthday. She ordered everything online and had to make a purchase, so she made a 50 cent donation. This worked for me just a few weeks ago on my birthday and it also worked for my boyfriend on his birthday after mine. When she arrived to get her sub they said she had to buy something even though she already was charged and everything went through and she already had a receipt. When I called they said to “not get so worked up” and then hung up on me when I asked why it worked for me and my boyfriend but wouldn’t work for her. NEVER going here again.

The manager would not listen to me about the fact that I already ordered online. He made me buy another item or he wouldn’t give me my order. After I bought something to get my “free” sub, I ate the sub only for it to mess my stomach up.

It's similar to Subway, but much better subs. Decorated like a firehouse.

Horrible service!!! If I could give them a zero I would. Ever since the new owners took over the restaurant a few years ago the service has gone down hill. Today tops the cake. I ordered a sandwich through door dash. It was made incorrectly so I went there to get a new sandwich. They refused to make my sandwich correctly or give me my money back. They told me to contact DoorDash and it's not their problem. I will never step foot in there again.
