We went here for restaurant week and the food menu looked very good but unfortunately we didn't get to to try it. We were there for a whole hour and didn't even receive our first course. The staff was friendly but we unfortunately had to get up and walk out since we had a concert and ended up having to get McDonald's. I am not sure of they were understaffed or what but definitely wouldn't go back after that.

We ate there for the first time during restaurant week. The food was great! Loved the steak Diane. My husband loved the smoked salmon appetizer. Our waitress was awesome!We will definitely be back!

Great hotel restaurant! Ribeye was spot on. On a diet so I got the broccolini and mixed vegetables thinking it would be easy to resist and not eat them. But they were delicious. Bar has a good whiskey selection.

This hotel is clean & friendly. This is the nicest hotel staff and when we came in for breakfast knew our name before we walked in. This has been some of the best service ever. When I go to a hotel I always check under mattresses and beds to ensure cleanliness & this hotel 200% passed this check. Very clean & care from housekeeping was shown. All food served was fresh & was reasonably charged. If your looking for a hotel stay here!

The rooms were squeaky clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff are kind. Breakfast was cooked to order and the breakfast staff were knowledgeable on the menu and respectfully. The hotel has a pool, however are in the process of filling in the hot tub! Overall this is a great property and would stay here again if passing through!

Very nice, clean hotel with friendly staff! Staff asked if I had any room preferences upon check-in and were very accommodating. Wish breakfast was included for the price though. The hotel restaurant selection is limited, but I figure it's staffing issues due to Covid. When I the area again, will be back! Definitely recommend!!!

Finding it was hard. Poor signage no free Wi-Fi and no free breakfast bar. Great people. Ample parking. Room was a “suite” but the non bedroom side was empty and not very appealing esthetically. Had a kitchenette.

Hotel was clean and rooms were nice. Older hotel as evidence by the bath tub/ shower it renovations have been done. Breakfast was mediocre at best and very limited menu. They have change from free for diamond members to a max free of $$. Big mistake! Easy on an off of the interstate. Very pricey at $180 Service was ok. Did not use fitness room.
Nice quiet hotel, this is our second stay while traveling, We will return here in the springs, great staff, friendly & helpful. Haven’t not yet got to enjoy dinner because of Covid, coffee was good, would like to thank Jill at the desk, great lady!

The overnight staff Jenifer made me feel like I could not afford to stay 2 nights at the hotel after a misunderstanding with her coworker. She purposely gave me and my family a room at 3 in the morning that was occupied!!! How unsafe is that?! She then argues with me at 3 in the morning over a misunderstanding that neither she nor I made but she kept saying it was my fault. Every time I told her the issue will be handled the next day I just want a room for my family because we drove 8 hours to visit my dying grandfather and she STILL proceeded to give me a room that was occupied and another room with one Bed when she clearly saw that it was myself, olde r cousin and 3 kids. She did not make me feel welcomed at all. She made it seem like she did not want to help me, she wanted to be right, and gave me a terrible experience for just to prove a point.

We got the whirlpool suite at last minute, everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, we had no problems with checkin or check out. We were in a hurry so we did not eat the full hot breakfast but we did get the other things they had. Everything was displayed nicely. Would stay there again !
